To do this evening/ was completed: Note: Keys for South Park open up Friday morning and will need to get tech'd then. Keys for Cuckoo and Penguin Friend open up tomorrow morning. 
Reached out to Deluxe and the keys for The Limey should come in on 8/16, this Friday. 
Had our cinema meeting today.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Staff screening playlists for Alien, My Penguin Friend, and Cuckoo have been built/scheduled on the TMS and blocked on the calendar. 
***Built the babies playlist for the OCAP screening of Twisters on 8/20 in T3. Added 'babies' to the cue sheets. - L

Trailer Updates: Ingested a few new first run trailers for the future.

Ingested Cardcaptors to T2. -L

Received Some Like It Hot DCP and ingested it to the TMS. -A

Received the Flow DCP which the Cinema team will be watching on the 23rd. Ingested it to Theater 4. -A

We decided to remake the Appropriate Behavior DCP as the current one doesn't look quite right in either 1.85 or 2.00. Put the mp4 through Handbrake since it's in a 1.78 container (but not a 1.78 movie) so there was letter & pillarboxing. Turns out it's 1.90, DCP cooking onto the Almodovar drive on the 4/6 iMac now. Should finish tonight, please ingest to Theater 3. -A

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Forgot to mention this, but, Walter came by to get his trailer of The Mummy the other day. - L

All About My Mother and The Blade never got picked up so I scheduled pickups for those tomorrow along with Angel.

Print/video Inspection: Added photos of Princess Mononoke to the drive for Conrad. L

Reinspected Angel and packed it up, return labels attached and pickup has been scheduled for tomorrow. -A

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Tracking for both cans of Superstar now added. Print should arrive Friday afternoon. - L

Maintenance/cleaning: Ran loops in T1 and adjust the plates for tonight's screening of Crooklyn. - L

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Updated a few bits of info, added Thursday screenings of Alien. - L

Adjusted the speaker alignment levels in Theater 4 slightly, it was a tad too loud in general in there. -A

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
