Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Tech'd Blink Twice and all the content in the playlist. Everything is ready to go. Trigger warning in all BT playlists. L

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: DCP'd the two shorts for Pomp n Circumstance. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Reached out to John and Jeffrey for Between the Temples one sheets. They'll be here tomorrow.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Received the print of Madam Satan. The Funhouse arrived as well.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Reinspected Princess Mononoke - golly, that's a long print. Getting picked up this evening. - L

Begain inspecting The Funhouse. Got through the first two reels, looks to be in good shape. I actually watched this very print at MoMA a few days ago and it played very well!

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes

Maintenance/cleaning: Replaced the air intake filter in the Theater 3 Christie, we got a warning about it yesterday.

The dowser assembly for Theater 3 is here. Working on scheduling a visit from DMS for this as well as the fire alarm issues in Theater 1 and 6.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift):

Marquee updated?: Put up a rental this morning on the 35mm/Chipotle side, this should stay up through Saturday night and can come down asap on Sunday.

Reached out to Roger so we can get our usual order of Kelmar pads in (it's about time to change them.) We'll have enough for WB if they need a few. I'll forward the invoice once we get it, but I'll also check in with him tomorrow to make sure the office placed the order. - L

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
