Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built all new A1 playlists. 

*Built the playlist for But I'm A Cheerleader, but I'll  need to go through this with Desmond again to make some last adjustments. 

Trailer Updates: 

Special Events/ AV set up: Ran the screener of Flow, in T4, for John and Cristina this morning.

Print/video Inspection: Ran Detroit Rock City for Cristina. Volume noted on its white card. 

Ran Election and Summer of Sam for Desmond. Volume noted on their white cards. 
Started puttig Summer of Sam onto house reels - can get finished tonight once all the rest of the 35mm stuff is done.  FYI - when it comes time to run that print, some of them reels are tiny as hell. Steer clear and be on ur toes! 

Desmond and I went through the various slides/performance pieces for But Im A Cheerleader. 
FYI - some of the performance presets from Jawbreaker/a few other settings did not seem to correspond to the listed color/spots combo, which was odd. I programmed/added another setting for pink wash/spots = bank 4, scene 8, which is 804. Also programmed a new combo for purple wash/center spots for Malice, bank 3, scene 8, so 803. This info is now on the run of show document (not the event memo itself), which you can see here. It's also been added to the sheet in the booth.

Marquee updated?: For tomorrow's screening of Election - the projectors are already set to scope, but I didn't get a chance to check out scope settings on P1, so you'll want to run a loop. Ideally, a loop will also be run on P2 just for posterity anyway, but ya know. 

Added Between Two Temples to the front of the marquee. Friendly reminder to NOT take down the rental on the Chipotle side. We're keeping it up there for a bit more. 

Posters updated?: Since we're fully stocked outside, I put a Now Showing banner in the lobby with Between The Temples poster beneath it. We have an easel for the foam ones for the Q&A, which we received one board of this evening. I have stashed this in 3/7 for the Q&A event.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
