To do this evening/ was completed: Bob from DMS came in to check out the projector and relay info to Jerry. We pulled logs and sent them off as requested. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for ExistenZ, All About My Mother and adjusted the Angel playlist

Double checked that the Twisters matinee in T3 tomorrow is a babies playlist. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Put the Olympics on in Trees. 
Took out an assisted listening device for T5. 

Apparently we had a guest drop off a BluRay for a private event last night, but I didn't find anything in the booth(s) nor was it in the MOD office or lobby bar area. Chenelle is reaching out to the host. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Reached out to Deluxe to get an eta on the keys for Despicable Me 4 as they'll expire by Weds. Keys were delivered shortly after. 

Received and uploaded the keys for Longlegs. 

DCP'd the Angel slide. 

Ingested Existenz.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Deleted old playlists from the TMS. 

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes. Added tracking info for Angel, Detroit Rock City, Lady in the Water, and updated some other titles. 

Maintenance/cleaning: I was able to fit my key in the T2 booth door lock, since all it does is just push the broken piece further back, clearing the way for your key. In order to get this out, you need a compressor tool that fits into the small hole on the right side of the handle, which pushes the spring blade behind it in order to release the lock compartment with the trapped bit of key. I couldn't find one of these tools anywhere, nor would any eligible tool that I found budge it either. You, in theory, just use a hammer and small nail, but this didn't work for me (I also didn't want to be aggressive with it). I'm looking for the right compression tool online, but Juan might know where one is in his storage space.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
