To do this evening/ was completed: Hey team, the reason the whole "FFE" was implemented for inspection reports is to avoid problems like the one Jack had last night, so even if you write down that one reel or two have changeover cues with barely any time (two frames from the end is damn near impossible to hit) you should absolutely add grease cues (if it's a studio print. if it's archival, reach out to get permission and, on the off chance they say 'no,' make it clear on the report in highlighted text that the c/o needs to happen almost immediately after the motor cue. there are ways around this.) Thank you!

T6 remains stable. 

Tech'd It Ends With Us and adjusted the volume in the playlists (apart from the Babies playlist, of course) to be at 6.0 since it's actually a rather subdued film, apart from a few outbursts of anger and some sweeping music. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Magnolia finished transcoding in T1. Ingested this to T6 and built the playlist for the private event this weekend.

Ordering/Receiving (content): We received the MP4 of Appropriate Behaviour, which I downloaded and started transcoding in T1. It's letterboxed 1.78. 

We should be getting the keys for Existenz tonight...but closer to midnight.

Print/video Inspection: Re-inspected the beast that is Magnolia, and got it ready for shipping to the Coolidge theater. The Coolidge folks are set to receive updates on this and the tracking info has been shared in our email thread. Print should get picked up by this evening. 

Put Crooklyn on house reels. Added my photos to the drive for Conrad. Jack, feel free to add anything else you've got! 

Walter's (The Mummy) trailer is packaged up.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
