To do this evening/ was completed: The print of Detroit Rock City went very well. Super, super fun show to project. It's a bit of a mystery as to why the info on the inspection report for the first reel was missing, but the reel 1 had no issue and all the same cue info as the rest of the reels. I had time after to re-inspect the print and get it packaged up for shipping tomorrow, so please just print out some labels and schedule a pickup. Thanks!

Presentation Issues: No dowser strangeness this evening. Caught up with info on it.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Matthew sent over the film schedule this evening and I got the new cue sheets up and running. The first four days are almost finished, sans the new first run, Afraid, which we have yet to receive by satellite, and a few special events' info. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Need labels for Detroit Rock City. Some CRU drives in the booth can/should get going, despite the fact that most distros are dropping em. 

Print/video Inspection: Info above. 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Called Roger to make sure those felt pads were ordered, and he said yes. We should be receiving them very soon.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
