To do this evening/ was completed: Please put Cry-Baby and House by the Cemetery prints on the cart tonight, both will be picked up tomorrow.

TMS scheduled completed.

Wild Robot feature ingested. Continued downloading NewFest DCPs.

Put up letters for the upcoming McNaughton retro.

Mics set in T3.

Fire alarm went off around 12:45. Reset all panels and tested lights to make sure we're good, and we are.

Special Events/ AV set up: Checked through the Spirit Riser playlist in 3 and it's all set. -A

Ordering/Receiving (content): Some Kind of Monster print dropped off, can get looked at tonight. Be VERY careful putting the reels on the split reel, the winds are a bit loose. -A

Outgoing/Shipping (content): House by the Cemetery reinspected and packed up. Pickup scheduled for tomorrow. -A

Maintenance/cleaning: Checked the APC in Theater 1 and it's working normally. Under normal circumstances the APC is not using the battery for power, this is only a backup in the case of blackouts/overloads and can only supply power to the equipment for around 30 minutes. I think what happened last night is there was an overload which tripped the breaker for the outlet which the APC is plugged into. I switched the breaker back on and everything is fine now. The battery for this APC does need to be replaced but this shouldn't affect its ability to operate normally. -A

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Cue sheets are done for next week. I noticed that The Substance's formula hadn't been updated in last week's cue sheets so I adjusted that for that and last week, but that only effects Thursday. 

I also noted that the Normal Life event in Theater 1 on Sunday fudges the timing for the rest of the theater. Matthew sent the readjusted day and I've made those adjustments. - MC

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
