To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues: The Wild Robot credits started sooner than anticipated since the first round start/end credits formula is making it appear the time is later than scheduled

Put on the NFL game on the cable box but could not get an image up at Trees. Checked all the wires were properly connected in the booth and at the back of the projector, rebooted the cable box, but the digital link is completely down. Rebooted the Apple box and left Plex running for the time being since the HDMI2 input is the only one working

Preshow Clips/Playlist: 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Being There and Mad Dog and Glory screenings in theaters 3 and 4 (removed feature content for Being There after the show)

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): The Silence of My Hands finished downloading to the DCPIII drive but failed to ingest to the TMS

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Re-inspected Mad Dog and Glory and left the canisters in the 4/6 booth (it looks like this print was shipped via DHL so this can be sent out later in the week once a return is arranged)

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked and made all necessary adjustments to rounds that had incorrectly entered start and end credits (not sure who is building these sheets but there have not been any initials for a while)

Marquee updated?: Being There and Mad Dog and Glory can be taken down when the weather lets up

Posters updated?:

Cleaning lights on for the night?:

Projection cart by entrance?:

Additional Notes: Updated the special events whiteboard in 4/6 with upcoming titles for the month of October

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
