To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues: Paul radioed about there being glare on the screen in theater 2 during the first round...turns out the construction workers did a really terrible job of taping back the curtains to the walls they were working on in the booth which allowed a ton of sunlight to pour in...fixed these as the opening credits to the film were finishing but this is something else we need to be aware of as long as they are continuing to work in that space

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Added a (tentative) lights up cue for the credits to Road House which can be properly QC'd tomorrow morning -- found the full film online but it is a few seconds shorter than the file in the show playlist

Added the NoBudge #41 show playlist to the schedule for tomorrow and adjusted cues accordingly (taking into consideration the intro and Q&A)

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Amadeus and Welcome to the Dollhouse screenings went smoothly this morning + left NFL programming on at Trees this afternoon

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Wild Things pre-show content was ingested to the TMS

Downloaded and ingested keys for My Old Ass

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Re-inspected Welcome to the Dollhouse and brought the canisters downstairs with return labels attached (a pickup has been scheduled for tomorrow morning)

Removed Amadeus feature content from the TMS and theater 2 after the screening

Print/video Inspection:

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
