To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues: Power cycled the lamp in theater 3 between the first and second rounds and the projector is now reading green

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built and scheduled an OCAP playlist for the His Three Daughters (infants) screening on 9/24

Built PG first run show playlists for the week of 9/27 and pre-show playlists for Mad Dog and Glory and Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer (these may need volume adjustments once they are checked before their screenings) + updated the Normal Life show playlist to include additional cues and a slide for the Q&A

Built CCAP and OCAP playlists for A Different Man and a special event show playlist for Being There

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Additional Smile 2 one sheets were delivered

Ordering/Receiving (content): Additional Gotham Shorts content was ingested + A Different Man feature content was ingested to the TMS

Being There was made available this evening and ingested

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Checked the A/C in booth 2 for leaks before leaving (none to report) and everything is in working order

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked all cues for the weekend and initialed for confirmation

Marquee updated?: Removed The Front Room letters

Posters updated?: Removed The Front Room and replaced it with Joker: Folie a Deux and added We Live in Time to the lobby poster case (both under "coming soon" snipes)

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

Projection cart by entrance?: Yes

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
