Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built and scheduled CatVideoFest playlist for the weekend

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Set up mics and chairs in Theater 3 for the event tonight. Also ran through the playlist when the keys opened for the feature and everything is in order.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Nowhere DCP is downloading onto the Almodovar hard drive. This should complete tonight, please ingest it once it's done.

Donnie Darko is unzipping onto the DCPIII drive, please ingest this (and Female Prisoner Scorpion 41, also on this drive) when it finishes.

I thought we received tracking for the Some Kind of Monster print, but it was just the cans & shipping reels we're going to send the print back with. They are in booth 1 and I labeled both cans with the movie title.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Started inspecting Condo Painting, not only is this probably the most pristine print I've seen come through here (barring first runs and that one Summer of Soul private event, oh and the Fleshtone negatives, lol)--possibly never threaded through a projector before--but also one of the most visually intriguing. Not just because it was shot on early video giving it a graininess and almost psychedelic effect when there's lots of motion in the frame, just truly some wild images here. Got lots of pictures which are on Google drive. Definitely looking forward to running this one. Got through the first three reels.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
