Projection Admin 9/09/24
To do this evening/ was completed: Just want to make it known that it's been in the blog a few times that we've made note of the curtain situation in T2, and Paul is aware of the glare. I've had multiple conversations with the workers about the windows (they still have no idea where our curtain rods are, and neither does Juan) but I've reminded them to please put them back up today. Regardless, I'll still be checking on this and can put them back myself as well as the ventilation, although they did, in fact, make sure that it was off today!
Presentation Issues:
Preshow Clips/Playlist: Adjust and built new playlists today.
Built the playlist for Godfathers of Hardcore. I took a look at the DCP and got volume, lens/masking confirmed. John will want to take a look at this day of, too.
Started on the playlist for My Old Ass. This is for the private event on Wednesday. We are still waiting for updates on this with preshow/intro slide. We were sent a social slide via satellite, but need to check it out on screen as I'm not sure this is the right one...I reached out to Chenelle and she'll confirm everything else as soon as possible.
Tech'd Road House since the keys just opened up this past Sunday. Adjusted the lights cue for the credits, but this doesn't change the credits info on the cue sheets. Volume set.
Tech'd Cardcaptor and got volume/credits info. Playlist has been updated.
All features on the trailer list have been properly marked.
Trailer Updates:
Special Events/ AV set up: I double checked the NoBudge 41 playlist today and made a few changes. Note: two of the shorts had 1.78 lens/masking but are actually closer to 1.66, though definitely not a true 1.66 (the films are Working Summer and Citizen Zero), whilst there's a third short that actually is a true 1.66, which is Unturned. In any case, all of them have 1.66 transitions. NoBudge slide updated with 1.78 lens/masking. Everything is good to go but give it one last look for posterity! Thank you!

Ordering/Receiving (content): Downloaded and ingested the 15min and 5min preshow for My Old Ass. For the private, I'm using Generic_v10 for the 25min section.

Maintenance/cleaning: Plex isn't being sticky, but the projector is. MOD walkied me around 4 about the projector. The aspect ratio is off and there's a green tint on the screen, which could mean that the lamp is old, the temp is off (wrecking the color), or it's just a bad signal issue. The lamp should likely get changed soon, but I think this is a signal/cable issue since the signal goes in and out easily, just by barely touching anything. I power-cycled the projector/tvs and resat all the cables on the projector, (we might actually want to mount it a bit more so that's it's more secure since the rca cables at the top could get loose/pulled down by the projector). Nothing changed, even after some more trouble shooting with different settings. It's a little awkward to do this with the ladder when we're open, and Alec can make the final call on this, but I think we should take the projector down (give it a clean), change the lamp if need be and add new cables in. I'm keeping the projector off this evening. The TVs are fine.
