To do this evening/ was completed: More NewFest techs today!
Dustin, Desmond and I took a look at The Silence of My Hands in T3, then Queens of Drama in T1 followed by two shorts programs. We're looking pretty good, although we made a few notes about two or three DCPs that will need to get double checked again (mostly ratio q's).
We received new DCPs today for Gender Reveal, Sydney and Kim, and City of Dreams. - FOR TONIGHT: I have downloaded and unzipped the new DCP of Gender Reveal (V2), which is on the DCPIII drive. The new DCPs of City of Dreams and Sydney and Kim have been downloaded in T1 and are currently getting copied over to the DCPIII drive. Once those two on are the drive, please ingest all three shorts. Thanks! The old shorts are off the TMS.
For our next tech on Wednesday, we will need I Used To Be A Woman But I Gave It All Up For Christ feature in T3. We do not have this DCP yet. It should be coming in today! Keep an eye out for it and tag Kim and Dustin if you have any issues. Thanks!
Note: Looking ahead for Wednesday, I just noticed that Blue Moon Angels is on the DCPIII drive, but has not been unzipped, and Girl Blunt is absent from the TMS (?), so please unzip that tonight (and ingest with the three shorts listed above) double check that either tonight or tomorrow. Please, please, keep track of your shorts. Those are the only two that haven't been ingested for the New Voices program we need to tech weds.
Presentation Issues:
Preshow Clips/Playlist:
Trailer Updates:
Special Events/ AV set up: For this evening, we have the Gotham Shorts programs. P1 and P2 playlists are all set. I double checked the slide this morning as Desmond noted he wanted a white wash, but it completely drowned out the slide, so we're going with center spots. I programmed a new setting on the board (for the Q&A!)wide spots since there will be more folks on stage. Desmond has approved the setting! Use 308! I have put the setting info in both memos as well. Right side spots for the intro, though.
Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):
Ordering/Receiving (content): We received the CRU drive for the DCP of Uncropped. Ingested this to the TMS.

I swapped the transmitter in 4/6 to see if that would do the trick and it did not. I'd check in with the projector in trees tomorrow - I'm too short.
We received our new dust pan and broom set today! You can adjust the height by adding or subtracting the individual rods. Pretty swanky. I set it up in 4/6.
Marquee updated?: Brunch and 35mm side needs to be adjusted.
Posters updated?:
Cleaning lights on for the night?:
Projection cart by entrance?:
