To do this evening/ was completed:
Presentation Issues: The picture in theater 2 is noticeably dim (maybe not to the average guest, as we have yet to receive any complaints about it, but to the trained eye the image looks significantly less vibrant than usual -- the first round was an open captions screening and the text looked almost blue/gray)

***I received a call around 1PM that the lights in theater 7 had gone up and very quickly realized this occurred because the feature had been skipped over following the pre-show/trailers. I tried rebooting the IMS, re-uploading the keys for the film, and playing the feature CPL separate from its show playlist but nothing worked. This show was cancelled and the MODs handled the guests (note: this first round was an open captions screening of Smile 2).
This same issue had occurred yesterday morning and, upon closer inspection of the TMS/IMS, it appears there was some discrepancy between the 5.1 and 7.1 files of the OCAP and CCAP content that had been ingested, preventing the show from running normally. The 7.1 was, for whatever reason, unplayable, and the 5.1 had to be re-ingested and transferred. This 5.1 OCAP file is working just fine but the 7.1 remains unplayable. CCAP content for this feature is working all the same and should not cause any issues. OCAP show playlists for this film have had the feature file changed from 7.1 to 5.1 to avoid any future playback errors. I tech'd all playlists and feature content scheduled in T7 for the rest of the evening and everything is running smoothly. MODs have been updated about possible causes/the steps taken to remedy this***
Preshow Clips/Playlist: Added the show playlist for The 5000 Fingers of Dr. T to the schedule/TMS on Saturday and Sunday to have the content transferred in time for a tech
Added the show playlist for The Devil's Backbone to the schedule/TMS for tomorrow evening and adjusted the cue sheets accordingly
