Special Events/ AV set up: The Conversation and Any Given Sunday screenings went smoothly this morning + The Boy and the Heron private screening was a success and the blu-ray copy of the film was returned to the host

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Reached out to Deluxe about accessing feature content for Wicked since it was made ready for ingestion a few days ago but does not seem to be available through the TMS

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Feature content for La Strada and The Conversation was removed from the TMS + servers this afternoon

Print/video Inspection: Got eyes on The Brood this morning and adjusted the feature volume and added a lights up cue at the start of the crawl

Re-inspected Any Given Sunday after the show and scheduled a pickup for tomorrow morning

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Noticed a wall sconce on the left hand side of theater 7 was dim and tried to replace it but we do not have any appropriate spare bulbs behind 3/7 or in Juan's closet

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked and added missing credit information for The Brood and the NoBudge program

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
