To do this evening/ was completed: Classic_Pictures_V2 content and Lynch_15min_V2 (PSGenericLynch_FTR) downloaded and ingested. La Strada, Any Given Sunday and The Brood playlists built, as well as NoBudge42, Twin Peaks and Sudden Death, the last of which will need its intro slide added as well as 35mm cues. Two minutes of NPPWelcomeSlide added to beginning of the Rep-R playlists, as they came out to 33 minutes of preshow total without the slide.

Tech'd Bad Seed and Paradise Lost with Cristina. Volumes logged. Bad Seed on house reels.

Started Ferris Bueller a little early today. Screening went smoothly.

Outgoing playlists and forecasts removed from servers.

Boy and the Heron blu-ray residing in 4/6.

Heretic and The Graduates letters up on the marquee.

Maintenance/cleaning: Alec and I did a lot of maintenance work and cleaning in T2 in an attempt to solve or temporarily curtail our light issues. We spent the entire day doing this. We're still discussing with Chris (who is, essentially, waiting for Bob's report from today despite the fact that they were in communication almost the whole time...so Chris knew what we cleaned and tinkered with, but I guess this needs to be formally written). They'll give us a run down Monday morning (which we'll be holding them to). They're not entirely sure if we should be replacing one component or the entire light engine. I am weary and leaning towards just getting a new projector because ours is still not as clean as it could be and the projector is a lot more fickle to clean than you'd think. I'm not sure it's more cost effective to keep fixing the one we have (still not as bright, might not be fixed with a new light engine, I don't want to lose shows or have patrons deal with not as good presentation. - L

Echoing Lillian's notes here but also mentioning we put in a new bulb and Bob from DMS made manual adjustments to the bulb position and focus which made an improvement though surely not back to 100%. Shows should run alright while we work on the permanent solution, which we will make sure comes sooner rather than later. -AWL
