Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): A bus shelter sized poster for The Monkey was delivered and stored behind 3/7 but will need to be returned or thrown away

Ordering/Receiving (content): Canisters containing Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence were delivered and brought to booth 1

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Spent the majority of the evening inspecting Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence in booth 1 (the print is in excellent condition and has been placed back -- tails out as delivered -- on shipping reels) + took some stills of the print and uploaded these to the shared drive

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked and initialed for confirmation (note: there are OCAP shows scheduled for A Real Pain in theater 4 tomorrow and Sunday that are not labeled as such on the website -- Matthew sent an email a couple days ago regarding the sudden change)

Marquee updated?: Removed The Substance and added Gladiator II + removed past 35mm titles and added Julie Darling and The Fisher King with their corresponding screening dates

Posters updated?:

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

Projection cart by entrance?: Yes

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
