To do this evening/ was completed:
Presentation Issues: Tested the spots in theater 4 before the Lenny preshow which somehow triggered the ones in 3 (this has happened once before) as a film was playing and had to rush down to turn them off

Trailer Updates:
Special Events/ AV set up: Lenny screening in theater 4 this evening went smoothly save for the lack of spotlights during the intro and stand up set (mic and stand were put back beneath the curtain afterwards)
Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): How to Train Your Dragon posters and an additional one sheet for Nosferatu were delivered and stored behind 3/7
Ordering/Receiving (content): Black Box Diaries content continued downloading throughout the night and will finish very early tomorrow morning (the files are open in Finder and are saving to the P&T drive)

Print/video Inspection:
Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:
Maintenance/cleaning: Various alarms from the projectors in theaters 1 and 3 went off this evening (sensor failure and filtered air intake alarm) + A/C unit in the 3/7 went down so the door was left open to cool the booth
Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift):
Marquee updated?: Nothing to change this evening but we did receive a new marquee pole (this is currently in the 4/6 booth)
Posters updated?: Swapped out the old Nosferatu teaser in the lobby poster case with the new version we received this afternoon
Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes
Projection cart by entrance?: Yes
Additional Notes: A guest needed an ADA seat removed in theater 2 but purchased tickets to a couple of seats in the middle of the row (part of a section of four seats that for no reason at all comes out as a one when removed) so we had to ask them to move to the end of the row as it is the only chair with a proper companion seat beside it. All of this is to say we need to better specify what and where these seats are and how much space is created by removing them and/or reconfigure these arrangements of chairs in row 1 of theater 2 so that we can prevent having to shuffle so many bodies around for what is more often than not a single wheelchair bound guest

Before giving any ADA device to guests in need of one (ie: audio transmitter + headset) please double check to make sure it is set to the correct audio channel so their screening is not further interrupted by us having to go back upstairs to bring them down a replacement that is properly set up [regarding this...the guest who used the headset this evening left without returning it...the ADA transmitter was put back in the closet to charge with the rest]
