To do this evening/ was completed: Got volume, credits and visual information for The Graduates, Heretic, Paradise Lost, Attack the Block. - LH

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the following playlists: 
The Graduates, Paradise Lost, Attack the Block, SOF (Too Many Ways), To Sleep With Anger, The Bad Seed, Ninja Scroll, Beyond the Mat. I built an OCAP Babies playlist for the matinee of Anora on 11/12 in T3 per Matthew's instruction. - LH

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: SE playlist for The Graduates is sorted for this weekend. Keys for March of the Penguins actually open up tomorrow (Yesterday I thought today was would be Friday....) - LH

Reached out to HBO folks for Commandant's Shadow and they should be getting that holding slide to us by tomorrow. LH

Set up Spoons for this evening, the mixer and spotlight board are on the rolling table in the theater with a tablecloth over it. -AWL

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Scheduled another pickup for American Movie since it got missed yesterday. I received a notification that it's officially on its way. LH

Print/video Inspection: Reinspected/packed up the first half (reels 1-5) of Seven Samurai -AWL

Put the rest of Too Many Ways to Be #1 on house reels -AWL

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Not the world's largest deal, but on the Digital tracking side of the white board in 4/6, Ninja Scroll was put down as screening on 11/21 instead of 11/12, this week. I made a note on the board. LH

Maintenance/cleaning: Got a new contact for servicing from Greg at LC. LH

Fixed the broken clamps on those two closed caption devices, all four devices are whole now and are charging -AWL

Tested all the headsets for the assisted listening devices, two weren't working properly and I ordered 4 more sets from Amazon. -AWL

Vacuumed and mopped the floor in booth 2, since the brick work has concluded in there now let's make sure we clean this booth very thoroughly! -AWL

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): NOTE:I filled out the proper information for The Graduates, factoring in the short film as part of the movie start and finish time. Cue sheets are updated with that info for this week. LH

Marquee updated?: Tomorrow we can update the marquee and posters with The Graduates and Heretic

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
