Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built all first run show playlists (CCAP and OCAP) for next week and began building special event playlists with the exception of a few whose content is not yet available (the MUBI JUN trailer was transferred to the LMS for some of these pre-shows)

Built a short playlist with Sugarcane slides for the tech scheduled Sunday morning

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Expect a delivery of posters and tabletop items some time tomorrow for the Sugarcane event on Sunday

Ordering/Receiving (content): Night Flight finished converting through DCP-o-matic this evening and was ingested to 3 (update: the file failed to transfer -- not entirely sure why the system is not recognizing it)



Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Finished inspecting The Fisher King and updated the inspection report

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Noticed a clicking sound coming from one of the SEBCO units behind the sound rack in theater 6 -- above the platters in booth 4 -- but could not locate exactly which of the three on the wall was making it (despite this the aisle, table, and house lights in 4 and 6 have remained unaffected)

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked and initialed

Additional Notes: Fidelio devices used in theater 1 this afternoon were brought back to the A/V closet on the third floor to charge

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
