Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Noticed there was no volume cue for the Mufasa feature clip in this week's playlists. Added that, 5.0 is fine for this one actually. Also made the OCAP playlist for next week since there wasn't one.
-Also had to reschedule a bunch of this movie's shows. Every CCAP one from Monday onward was showing up as "Unknown Playlist" on the schedule on Screenwriter. Checking the IMS web GUI revealed this playlist didn't exist there either. Was this playlist deleted and rebuilt at some point?

Volume cue for Wicked didn't get updated in the playlists on the theater servers, just the TMS. When you update a playlist you need to click "Save and Sync" instead of just "Save" otherwise it won't get updated on the theater servers, only Screenwriter. That said, I only adjusted the volume cue to 6.0 for the T1 & T2 playlists, it sounded good at 7.0 with a not-quite-full house in 3 this morning. When you click "Save and Sync" you can choose only certain screens to sync the playlist with Screenwriter, so I just chose 1&2.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Restarted the Heat DCP because the Mac down here restarted at some point before it could finish.

Ingested All We Imagine As Light to the TMS.

Babygirl keys came in and they open at 9pm on Christmas Eve.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Inspected Thieves Like Us, in really good shape. Wound this tails out on the shipping reels, in the box.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Connected the high speed DAC to the TMS server/network switch, this will make content transfers to the theater servers (and scanning the FilmVault it seems, we can hope) a lot faster. I tested it with a preshow clip and it's working.

Updated the TMS license so we're good for another 12 months.

I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
