Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: All new preshow content is ingested to the TMS so next week's playlists can get built.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: We got keys for Frida for the private event on Monday.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Started the first Night Flight DCP on the 4/6 iMac, I'm saving it to the network share folder so it will ingest automatically when it's finished.

Also started the Turbulence DCP on the booth 1 iMac.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Inspected/repaired reel 5 of Fisher King. There were definitely a lot of creases and tears in the first several feet of the reel but I was able to tape them up. I ran this reel in T4 and while it doesn't look/sound great for this portion, it's only about 15 seconds so I think we're fine to go ahead with this print for the screening.

We looked at Julie Darling today in T4, the fading isn't too bad. Volume logged on the info card.

Checked The Birdcage and added the credit offset to the playlist.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift):

Marquee updated?: Took down Heretic and put up Queer on the front, replaced Ghost in the Shell with Insomnia on the 35mm side.

Posters updated?: Heretic down, Queer switched to now showing, A Complete Unknown up outside as coming soon.

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
