Print/video Inspection: Re-inspected Jiang Hu: The Triad Zone following the screening in 1 and scheduled a return pickup for tomorrow morning (tracking ID: 770583696443)
Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:
Maintenance/cleaning:
Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift):
Marquee updated?:
Posters updated?:
Cleaning lights on for the night?:
Projection cart by entrance?: Yes (with the outgoing print from this morning on it)
Additional Notes: I have no idea where the gear from the A/V bin in 4 is currently located...possibly theater 2? Was the mixer brought to Trees and never returned? We ought to have a once over of all materials readily available in each auditorium and place back what is missing

Sundays on Fire screening in theater 1 this afternoon went smoothly (save for the final changeover when I missed sight of the motor start cue and let some of reel 5 run to its tail before quickly switching to 6) and the mic was brought back up to the booth to charge after the show. Projectors were cleaned as well
Tech'd feature volume and slides for Sugarcane with the filmmakers this morning. Had to take the A/V bin from theater 1 up to 4 since there was next to nothing in the one beneath the curtain there. That aside the mics and chairs were set up and tested before the screening started...which was only slightly complicated by there being no generic pre-show content in the SPL...I added this to it and started the show again manually. The intro and Q&A went well, as did the screening of the film, though, the ten people that showed up for it was a far cry from the full house the filmmaking team seemed to be expecting
Double checked (and adjusted accordingly) SPLs for the special events tomorrow and Wednesday
