To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues: During the intro to Evil Dead 2 in theater 1 the show playlist advanced despite the pause cue being triggered -- the automatically scheduled shutdown played since I forgot to take the server off its scheduled mode -- which caught us off guard and briefly interrupted the discussion but everything was back on track in a matter of moments after I manually reset picture and sound for the hosts to continue speaking

Special Events/ AV set up: Set up for trivia at Trees 

Evil Dead 2 screening in theater 1 went smoothly (save for the mishap described above) and the projectors were cleaned after the show concluded

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Downloaded and uploaded keys for several held over first runs and the upcoming Presence

North by Northwest, Presence, and Wallace & Gromit feature content was made available through Deluxe but is not yet showing up on the FilmVault tab (will check again later this evening and update accordingly)

Outgoing/Shipping (content): 

Print/video Inspection: Re-inspected Evil Dead 2 following the show and scheduled a pickup for tomorrow morning (tracking ID: 771590165791) + brought the print downstairs

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Cues mistakenly read that the final round in theater 2 was a CCAP show when it was actually OCAP + double checked all cues and show playlists on the schedule for tomorrow (times for the final round in theater 2 may need to be adjusted since the drag performance will precede the feature)

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
