Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Lights down cues were missing from Brewster and All We Imagine As Light playlists. Brought them down manually today and added a cue to the AWIAL playlist for tomorrow. Lights also didn't come up for credits for All We Imagine, there was a cue in the playlist on Screenwriter but not the playlist on T3. Remember to ALWAYS "Save and Sync" when you update a playlist on Screenwriter.

Checked the other SEs and Rock Aliens was missing the lights down cue, too, so I added it and saved/synced.

Second round Mufasa in Theater 7 was scheduled for 1:07 since the round before ended at 1:05 (when Mufasa preshow was supposed to start), I suppose to make sure content and keys were all good for it. However if there's overlapping shows like this it's best to ultimately leave the second show off the schedule so we start it manually and advance it ahead so it times out correctly. So if you're checking the schedule the day/night before and see a show scheduled a few minutes late because the show before overlaps, please delete that later schedule.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Brewster went great, cleaned the projectors after the show.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Reinspected and packed up Brewster McCloud. Printed return shipping labels, please attach them to the cans and schedule a pickup for this as well as The Big Heat for Monday.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Wyatt radioed me before the first round in 3 started asking about the timing. The cue sheet said the credits for All We Imagine As Light would start/end at 2:38/2:43, with the next round starting at 2:35. I checked the schedule and let Wyatt know All We Imagine would end at 2:23 with credits starting at 2:18 and updated tomorrow's cue sheet.

I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
