To do this evening/ was completed: FYI - Popeye has been moved to T1! I updated the white board in 4/6.

Special Events/ AV set up: Chenelle got back to Alec and I with some info on the company private event on 1/9, which will be an easy laptop situation. Alec is working it. 
Checked in with John about the hold for Boom for Real (1/13) which will, as it turns out, likely get pushed back to a later date.  
Checked in with Desmond about NoBudge #43, which isn't until the first week of February, but we should be getting updates on content in the. near future and will let y'all know when that comes through. - L

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Keys for Nosferatu will come in by Monday, 1/6. Info for Babygirl not yet available. Deluxe rep advised to reach out to the booker (feature hasn't been extended in their system by the studio), but we're still five days out, so I'd expect us to receive them by Monday as well. - L

Ran a reel of Cotton Comes to Harlem and Brewster McCloud for Desmond. Both look good (especially Cotton), volumes noted. - AL


Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Ran Legend of Billie Jean for Cristina this morning and the entire print of Howl's Moving Castle, both of which have been rewound. Projectors are strong, getting their legs stretched. Everything looks and sounds wonderful. Ready for the weekend. L 

Checked the Heat DCP for Sunday, adjusted the playlist and scheduled it. -AL


Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: We received the two Kelmar bench lights. I only added a new one to 4/6 as T1 is alright. L

Made some adjustments to the T6 projector to make things look as good as they can for now; touched up focus and moved the projector slightly. Also adjusted the 1.66 channel so it presents properly with the lens in the position it’s currently in, I’ll bet we show Nosferatu in there before we get the new ILS board -AL


Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes! Cross referenced with the TMS for Saturday and Sunday. Added credits information for The Legend of Billie Jean and Cotton Comes to Harlem - L

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
