To do this evening/ was completed: Attached the labels for Brewster onto the cans. As Alec mentioned in his blog, you can make labels tomorrow for the SOF print so we can ship them out together for Monday. 

Presentation Issues: No major issues this evening, but Carly radioed me to let me know that cleaning lights were on when preshow started in T4 (Flow) and the music was too loud. I adjusted before patrons got in there and checked the playlist. There was a lens/masking change pack at the top of the playlist instead of DCP_Flat_1:85_PS pack. Similarly to what Alec mentioned in his blog from today, we're all still adjusting to Screenwriter so we need to pay extra close attention when building playlists. I have to double check my work and it can be a little confusing since some of these packs are in the same "section" now when they weren't before.

Received an email from house a couple days ago about a patron wanting the sonic 3 poster for their child. I looked in the slot that had the title labeled there, along with a few other slots just to makes sure. I told them to wait until we can take it down, but if anyone wants to try their hand at looking for it in 3/7, be my guest!

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
