To do this evening/ was completed: Substance preshow downloaded, Complete Unknown playlists made. Kat is uploading new versions of the preshow elements for Anora and Real Pain and will notify us when those are available.

Looked at tonight's SE features to double-check cues, all good. Intro for Mississippi. 

Old CRU drives dropped off at UPS.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Downloading the .mov file for the 3/6 private event on the iMac in booth 1. Please start the DCP when it finishes.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Looked at Clockwork Orange and the cable connections in T1 and T2 for this weekend, everything is good to go.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Added oil to the intermittents and sprocket rollers in both T1 35mm projectors.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Cue sheets for next week are set and good to go with the exception of Mickey 17, You Can Count On Me, and Demons 2.

Additional Notes: Some staff members are watching The Menu in T3 tomorrow for a film feast pre-screening. Rented the movie on my personal Amazon account and downloaded it, plus set up the projector channel so this is ready to go for the morning.

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
