Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built and scheduled all show playlists for all Oscar Shorts programs for the week of 2/14 (these have been saved on Screenwriter as OscarsAnimated, OscarsDoc, and OscarsLive and have a minute of black at the end of each feature to allow the house lights to come up to pre-show levels before switching to cleaning)

Added SPLs for Captain America: Brave New World to the schedule for theaters 1 and 2 on Thursday

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Set up for trivia at Trees Lounge/returned everything to storage + put back a handful of posters that were not taken during the event

Devil in a Blue Dress intro and screening in theater 1 this evening went smoothly

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Flow was made available through Deluxe and ingested to the LMS

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Spent some time this evening inspecting the first few reels of Virtuosity and uploaded stills to the shared drive + put each reel back on its shipping plastic (reels are tails out for an easy rewind) since we have a couple other prints showing in theater 1 before this

Re-inspected Devil in a Blue Dress after the show and packaged it for return shipping (the canisters are beside the rewind bench in booth 1) + brought down a bunch of zip ties from 4/6 to the bench in booth 1

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
