NPP Projection Report 2/28 Admin

To do this evening/ was completed: 3/7 A1 playlists built. 3/1 About a Boy playlist updated with the listed trailers. Attack the Block ingested to LMS.

Looked at Demons 2, volume logged.

Marquee and posters updated.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist:

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Checked cable in all three locations for Sunday: T1, T2, and Trees. All three are good to go. Reminder the sound through Digital 4 in 1 & 2 will be LOUD so start at 5.5, though you'll probably need to raise it as the rooms fill up.

Set up the spotlights board and wireless mics in T1 for Sunday.

Checked mic in T3 for Sunday's About a Boy intro, all good.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): The content for the 3/6 private event finished converting to DCP, I ingested it to the LMS.

Desmond brought the NPP NSF drive over with some shorts on it. I'm copying these to the Preshow & Trailers drive and they can then be ingested from there.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Cristina is confirming return info for Virtuosity, we can re-inspect and pack it up in the meanwhile.

Print/video Inspection: Looked at Becoming Led Zeppelin and About a Boy. No issues, playlists updated as appropriate.

Looked at You Can Count on Me. It looks good (not great) but it really seems this is the best option so it will have to do. Similar to the first Manchurian Candidate DCP we made, there's some loss of detail apparent in darker scenes/shadows but not as pronounced as that one. There's also a TV-14 rating card at the beginning (lol....). I updated the playlist so the dowser stays closed for this. It's about 10 seconds.
