To do this evening/ was completed: Slumber Party Massacre playlist made. ROS document updated with lighting cues (numbers on the lightboard).


I have reached out to Deluxe to see when the keys will come in for Misericordia (screener on Friday!) I won't be here, but we'll be teching Into the Fire with Cristina, too.

Special Events/ AV set up: Note! We got the file for Phantom of the Opera for the live sound performance. I downloaded this and started converting it to DCP. It's finishing to the preshows/trailers drive in 4/6. It should be done this evening. 
ALSO - we received the DCP of Gazer for the screener on 2/28, which will be in T3 at noon. This is currently downloading to the DCPIII drive in 4/6 (should also be done by this evening, late) and both of these films (Phantom of the Opera and Gazer can get put on the share drive once they're done. I asked for keys for Gazer that open the day before and close the day after. I've saved them to the desktop but have not ingested them to the LMS yet because you have to ingest the DCP before keys...it's a Screenwriter thing. 
One last thing regarding special/privates - Waiting to see if we'll get keys that will open today for Porcelain War just so we can check to make sure the title card (holding slide) is at the top of the DCP feature. We have keys that open tomorrow, so it's not a huge deal if we don't get a set for today. I'm in contact with them about this and will forward any pertinent info. - Lillian

Maintenance/cleaning: Changed the lenses and plates to 1.66 for tonight's showing of Pieces. I adjusted/added tape to the port glass to clean up the slight bleed and ran loops. Focus is set. Everything's looking nice and bright! Should be a great show. Take good care of this print - keep your loop sizes even and just the right amount of tension on the sound head (the print is a little beat up). - Lillian 

T5 lamp still has a little life left in it. Went through speakers today. Got our invoice from DMS for the recent lamp order. Forwarded this to Bogi. Following up with folks for quotes.

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
