To do this evening/ was completed: NOTE - Will, tomorrow morning you will need to take a look at the new DCP of The Manchurian Candidate. This only just finished ingesting. The OG (less quality file) is still in the playlist, so please swap it out if the new one looks and sounds good to go. Thanks!

Removed a chair from T4 for the final round, which has since been put back. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlists for the week of 2/28, including some SE. I double checked our current SE playlists for the week we're in right now, and then double checked everything else. 

Trailer Updates: Built new trailer packs for 2/28. 

Special Events/ AV set up: The Manchurian Candidate finished transcoding and I ingested it.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested the Generic_V8 preshow content for the Clockwork Orange playlist, though I was almost certain we had this on the LMS already...alas, we did not. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: I'll take the RCA cables to the post office Monday morning. They're on the table in 4/6 for now.

Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
