Projection Admin 2/6

To do this evening/ was completed: Note: The keys for Wallace and Gromit open up tomorrow. Lots to tech tomorrow, too. All content ready. Keys for The Shrouds open up at midnight.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Tech'd the playlist for Heart Eyes. Feature content and preshow elements all look and sound good.

Tech'd In the Mood for Love. Playlist adjusted.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Setup for Spoons tonight. Everything's tested. Took the Aja from 4/6 to T1. That Aja had the ethernet cable labeled "theatre 1" setup in the booth for cable tv, and I'm leaving it in the booth, still attached to the 1c port, the other end coiled up since there's a long ethernet cable in T1.

In communication with the Picturehouse folks for the DCP of Porcelain War, which will be for the private event on 2/12. I sent them our certs for T4, theatre ID and preferred window info.

Downloaded and ingested No Other Land to the LMS.

Ingested Soundtrack to a Coup D'etait to the LMS.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): To my surprise, we received a print of A Clockwork Orange, despite the fact that Williamsburg is playing it this weekend (on DCP). I realised shortly after that we're screening it at Prospect on 35 in March. I reached out to John/WB team anyway, though I presume it's just been sent to us super, super early.

Received the print of Devil in a Blue Dress. Both prints brought down to T1.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Inspected the first four reels of Devil in a Blue Dress today. Please feel free to continue this and start on A Clockwork Orange, if you like (and there's time).

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes!

Maintenance/cleaning: Finally got that critical warning in T7, so I moved the staff screening (I don't actually think anyone showed up for it. Poked my head in a few times) and changed the lamp. Every time I change a lamp in T7 it gets a little easier. Looking nice and bright in there. Went through a few tests just to make sure everything's set.

Received an optical cable for the cable setup using Digital Link 4 on the cp750 in Theatres 1 & 2, though I believe we should have been sent two. The other could be arriving later.

Quick ballast fan warning (I think?) popped up on T1 christie panel. It went away so fast I barely saw, but everything's fine. I'll take a further look into this tomorrow morning. No issues.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes.

Marquee updated?:

Posters updated?:

Cleaning lights on for the night?:

Projection cart by entrance?:
