To do this evening/ was completed: Had to renew our subscription to Splashtop today and reset things with the iMacs and PC in 3/7. I'll do T6 tomorrow just to check on it. I sent out an email detailing what you'll need to do in order to use the app of it on your phone. Please do this as soon as you can! Thanks. 

Staff Screenings playlists have been built, scheduled on the LMS and blocked on the calendar. 

KDMs for our new first runs open up tomorrow. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist:

Trailer Updates: Updated the R Rated trailer packs for 3/28 with the trailer for The Encampments as per Kat's request. Updated all playlists. 

Special Events/ AV set up: Went through the playlist for Opening Nite of NSF for this evening. Everything looks/sounds good. The 1.90 lens file is looking great. I tested the wireless mics and spots. 

Setup the DJ equipment with John, xlr, rca, turntables, etc- everything is ready to go for when they get here. tables have been tested sound is good. 

Scheduled the playlist for Superhuman Body on the LMS. Chenelle reached out about the marquee, which we can do this evening. I don't mind doing this early tomorrow, too.

DCP'd all of Desmond's slides for April. These have been ingested to the LMS.

Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report Friday 1/31 CLOSE Chris

Presentation Issues: -I believe Karen thoroughly covered this in an email but there were serious issues with the CP500 for the 6:20 Lil Women; no sound for the first three minutes and it dropped out again the very moment the 500 was taken off manual. The last foil cues continue to fail to fire. The platter worked fine, tho it is not a graceful competence, double-wrapping the film around the brain in the first fourth of the movie before the motor kicks in. -The Rhythm Section SPL had it's LTS DOWN cue set to fire at the beginning of the 10 count preshow portion, rather than the end when the trailers hit. Fixed that.
