To do this evening/ was completed: Staff screenings have been built, emailed out and scheduled on the LMS. Weekly update is out - please see the notes!! Also, The Phoenician Scheme is 1.47 aspect ratio. Most of it will be pillarboxed in 1.47 but there are black and white scenes where it'll be windowboxed in 1.47...I will be adjusting the necessary screening rooms tomorrow and will provide more information then when the keys open up. I will also send out a notice to MOD confirming what this will look like in case patrons ask. Very few theatres in the country will be able to properly mask all of it. We'll prob just be keeping it in Flat (lens) and with whatever masking best fits it. - Lillian

Received and ingested the DCP for Compensation. 
Received and ingested the DCP for The Goonies. 
Downloaded the prores for Traction Park Massacre and ran it through Handbrake. This is DCPing in 4/6.
Downloaded the DCP for I'm Your Venus. Please ingest this to the shared drive once it is done unzipping.
Downloaded and am currently ingesting the 25min, 15min, and bonus preshow for Fix Your Hearts or Die along with the Short Film Slide and Official Selection Slide. More playlists can get made once this all ingests. - Lillian 

I started converting X/1999 to DCP, the one I made with burned in subs of the original file Desmond sent. It proved too difficult to try and sync the subs with the new file, plus I noticed as I was making a final attempt that it has a watermark which shows up every so often so it's a no-go. This is converting on the T1 Mac, onto George.

Also on George is the Monsieur Le Butch DCP to play before The Queen's screening next week.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Contacted DHL to schedule a pickup for This Day and Age, which will be getting picked up tomorrow. Printed out the reference and attached to cans. - Lillian

Maintenance/cleaning: Checked out the c/o mechanisms and switches in T4 and both seem to be working just fine. Seems like it was just a one off (with it feeling a bit off on P2 as Will mentioned last night) but we'll keep an eye on it. - Lillian

I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection 6/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: PS107's event in theater 2 went smoothly and the mics were returned to the booth to charge following the show Set up for trivia at Trees Lounge this evening The Matrix Revolutions screening in theater 1 went well save for some alternating of volume levels throughout as the audio for the first few reels was very hushed compared to how loud the rest of it gets once the action starts in reels 4-7 (mics were returned to the booth to charge and both projectors were cleaned + exhausts shut) Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Received copies of  Best in Show and The Princess Bride for upcoming private events this week and began ripping  Best in Show through MakeMKV and HandBrake (update: the film is running through DCP-o-matic and should finish within 24 hours) Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection:  The...
