To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues: First round pre-show started in theater 2 but the cleaning lights remained on...Wyatt radioed and I brought them down manually

Preshow Clips/Playlist:

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Ran loops in theater 1 before the first round

Framing throughout Angel Terminators II was touch and go...the first reel, however expected, was still slightly off center, despite my centering the frame when I ran loops/threaded the countdown, and each subsequent reel never seemed to line up quite right with the plate so I made the necessary adjustments on the fly...all this aside things went smoothly and the crowd seemed pleased with the film

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Uploaded keys for Beverly Hills Cop and Death Becomes Her (keys for the latter do not open until 8AM tomorrow)

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Removed Pavements from the LMS/theater 3

Print/video Inspection: Tech'd Beverly Hills Cop  and adjusted the volume (very few tickets sold for this tomorrow night so we can afford to keep the volume relatively low)

Re-inspected Angel Terminators II following the show and packaged it for return shipping (this still needs labels printed)

Put Superman up on screen in theater 1 before the first round to make sure the FLAT lens adjustment I'd made the other day was working...image looks centered and there is no bleed on the curtains as previously noted

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: A ceiling bulb at the front of theater 3 had gone out...all it took was a prod with the claw contraption to get it back in working order (this one has gone out/revived itself before...not sure what the deal is with that particular front corner of the auditorium by the server entrance)

Following the SOF screening in theater 1, Carly radioed up about seat 1622 being unsecured to the floor, I checked on it, and found that it had been very haphazardly placed back in its spot with only two of its four screws, presumably last night after it had been moved for a guest. Both screws had been pulled from their holes in the floor, and the anchor attached to one of them had been ripped out of the ground entirely. I'm sure the guest's movement in the seat didn't exactly help considering it was put back with too few screws. I Carly blocked this seat from being sold for the following round, and I moved it behind the auditorium by the MOD office with its screws/anchor in a paper box. I'm not sure where the remaining screws are but we may have to ask Juan to take a look at this (the ground may need to be refit for a new anchor since the one was stripped from it) if we can't replace them ourselves [see below]
