To do this evening/ was completed: Late this evening (and I mean truly, truly late) MOD/Kitchen discovered that the basement had flooded, likely due to some machine/plumbing issue in the kitchen. The flooding, from what Jared told me, is not particularly high (and they've ceased all orders plus no dishwashing for the rest of the night) so it hasn't managed to threaten anything on the electrical front. I took a wild guess at us having some automated pumping device since it's happened in the past, and turns out we do, but apparently it's not working. FYI - the building smells rather funky right now, but only on the first floor. Matthew is aware of the situation. 

Few devices/chairs taken out and put safely back. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Checked playlists/automation schedule. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Coordinated a time for Leon to come in on Monday, which will be noon. I'll give him back the drive then. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Sorted through the distribution doc. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: 

Maintenance/cleaning: Spruced! Cleaned around in general. Trash is out. 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes! Adjusted incoming special events ever so slightly. Need to tech to do a bit more teching on Monday when the keys go live for Top Gun.

I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there!
