To do this evening/ was completed: FYI Bugonia masking in T2 is fine. I transferred the playlists to T2 again from the LMS and that's done the trick. Saving/syncing. - LH

Cleared content from all screening rooms and the LMS. - L

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for The Gits, which still needs to get tech'd. Built the playlist(s) for Predator Badlands. Added Shock A Go Go and Kiss Kiss Bang Bang to the LMS schedule, including Predator. - LH

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Blade (1998) is all set for this evening. LH

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Noticed that our first set of keys for Beyond the Clouds (private on 11/06) would not open until 11.05, despite our tech tomorrow. Chenelle asked for an earlier set and they sent them straight away! All good to take a look at it tomorrow. - L

Outgoing/Shipping (content): The print of Blade of Fury got picked up today and is on its way to the Music Box! Will and I brought some DCPs to the post office today before lunch, including the Halloween drive, which also came with a return label. Nashville should be on its way soon. - LH

Print/video Inspection: 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Did a deep, deep clean in T1 for P1. Cleaned the gears and changed the grease so we're solid for another 3 &1/2 weeks - month. Showed Will. I'm going to to do P2 on Wednesday. - LH

Will ran house checks in all rooms. 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. Added info in the formula section for Predator Badlands and added Thursday screenings for that feature in T3. - LH

Marquee updated?: Will updated the marquee.

I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
