NPP Projection Close 1/22
To do this evening/ was completed:
Presentation Issues: Cristina texted me during the first reel of Rhinestone to tell me the wrong intro video had played after she gave her remarks. She asked that I play the right one after the film which I told her I would do. The one that had played was "Intro_SE_Dolly" which was not specifically about the film but a more general greeting and intro. I checked the LMS and found a clip titled "Intro_Dolly_Rhinestone" which was not the one in the show playlist or anywhere on theater 1's server, transferred it over, and built a short playlist around it. A song played over the end of the film and in an attempt to get ahead of the rest of the credits I switched over to this playlist, causing a momentary pause in volume and an image overlay on screen. This video played and I continued running the film once it ended. I should've probably waited for the credits proper to end but didn't want to risk too many guests leaving before they could get to watch the video. Apparently the intro video was tech'd this morning but I'm assuming it was the wrong one?

Special Events/ AV set up: Rhinestone intro and screening went smoothly save the for minor credits mishap. Had to bring up the volume and sharpen the focus on projector 2's lens. The mic was returned to the booth, both projectors were cleaned, and the exhausts were closed after the show.

Print/video Inspection: Rhinestone is tails out in booth 1 and can be re-inspected sometime tomorrow

Marquee updated?: I placed letters for The Secret Agent on the workbench behind 3/7. These can go up some time tomorrow. I did not organize letters for Sinners or One Battle After Another but since we are only showing those once a night we might be able to save space on the marquee by keeping them off?
