To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Downloaded and ingested the new forecast. Left the 40min and 20min Generic Brooklyn preshow clips downloading to the DCPII drive at the end of the night. Built new trailer packs and first run playlists for all of next weeks titles, except Who We Are which is arriving tomorrow. Note there are two Jackass  playlists, one with bonus content for the Thursday night shows and one without for all other shows. Scheduled playlists for Thursday 2/3. Trailer Updates: Replaced the Speed Racer trailer with Kaguya in the Sing 2 playlist. Special Events/ AV set up: Speed Racer 35mm screening with intro in Theater 1 went great! Recorded the intro just in case anyone wants it. Wound the print back onto shipping reels and attached the return label to the box. Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Received posters for Who We Are. Ordering/Receiving (content): Ordered the Howl’s Moving Castle DCP from Eclair. ...

To do this evening/ was completed: Deleted Chicago from theater 2 IMS; Ingested new keys for Sing 2 and began downloading new preshow content to the DCPII drive (still waiting on the rest of the Generic Brooklyn and Forecast 2/4 content elements to be uploaded to the drive, should be up in full by the end of day) -- Bonus content and a "fan thank you" greeting was ingested from the  Jackass Forever DCP  along with feature content Presentation Issues: Light change recommended alarm in theater 1; the lamp in theater 7 did not turn on automatically and had to be struck manually Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Received posters for Dog Ordering/Receiving (content): Received  Love and Basketball  on 35mm and Jackass Forever DCP Outgoing/Shipping (content): Fun was screened a final time and wound back on its shipping reels for return Print/video Inspection: Checked the Happy Feet show playlist ...

To do this evening/ was completed: Ingested keys for Groundhog Day Presentation Issues: Several temperature alarms this morning in theater 2 and an unexpected light off alarm in theater 7 -- had to manually turn on the lamp in 7 for the notification to go away; after restarting the projector in 2 (hard reboot) a filtered air intake alarm remained active -- light half life exceeded/expiration alarm was active in theater 1 at the start of the Speed Racer  preshow Scope aperture plates in theater 1 could use some filing down; there was a very subtle vignette on the sides and top of the screen coming from both projectors during Speed Racer Preshow Clips/Playlist:  Speed Racer screening in theater 1 this morning went smoothly  Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up:  Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Inspected all reels for Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon  -- print is in ...

To do this evening/ was completed:  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built a preshow playlist for Crouching Tiger , and a playlist for Groundhog Day . Scheduled both. Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested Moonfall to TMS and Groundhog Day to Theater 1 IMS. Outgoing/Shipping (content): Put the Purple Rain print on the cart in 3/7 and scheduled a FedEx pickup for Monday. Please leave the cart at the side entrance at close tomorrow night. Lots of different features are playing in Theater 6 and the server is very full. If you notice a feature is playing its last show in this house for the week please delete it as soon as the screening finishes. To do this evening/ was completed:  Presentation Issues: Multiple projector issues at the beginning of the day. T2 was displaying an air filter intake warning. T3 server was offline, restarted the projector and things ran smoothly from there. T7 gave me the same issues as yesterday, ballast communication failure.
