Projection Admin 9/8

To do this evening/ was completed: We got the film schedule today, so I filled out the LMS Friday, 9/11 - Wednesday, 9/16. We're waiting on The Uprising,  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built a tech playlist for NoBudge and checked out all the short films with Desmond today. I adjusted the tech playlist as we went a long, so we can use that when making the official playlist. Everything looks/sounds good.  We also took a look at Bullet (1996) which, frankly, could look better, so Desmond is locating another file.  Trailer Updates:  Special Events/ AV set up: Do the Right Thing private event is all set for tonight! FYI - this is a manual start. NPP Projection Report 9/7 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built and scheduled  The Departed , Shrek , Sundays on Fire, Final Fantasy , and Gridlock'd playlists. Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: The Departed went nicely. Rewound it for the brunch show. Put 1.37 lenses and plates in for tomorrow. Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Outgoing/Shipping (content): The Odyssey print is by the side door ready to be picked up by FedEx tomorrow. Print/video Inspection: Put Gang Related on house reels. NPP Projection Report 9/5 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Poetic Justice went well overall. Bad grease cues on R2 caused a wonky changeover and I fixed them. The print is back on house reels for tomorrow. Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Outgoing/Shipping (content): Sealed the Odyssey boxes and scheduled a pickup for Tuesday (earliest available since Monday is a holiday). I will bring these down to the side door Monday night, don't want them taking up too much space by the kitchen over the long weekend. Print/video Inspection: Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Maintenance/cleaning: Started another archive tube for posters. FYI I brought the 3/7 relay board up to 4/6 for safe keeping. NPP Projection Admin 9/4

To do this evening/ was completed: Put up Onslaught letters and forewent the rest of the split titles, per Alec's recommendation. Also took off the 35mm letters for Odyssey. The 35mm poster for Odyssey is still up... "Now Showing" for Onslaught. Old playlists and forecasts removed, new A1 playlists built. A good amount of them were running to about 42 minutes of preshow so per Kat's recommendation I removed the Heart of the Beast trailer.  Tech'd: Gridlock'd, Poetic Justice, Gang Related, Litany For Survival and its preshow assets . Volumes logged. The Litany DCP we were provided does not have captions burned in, so I'm thinking it just has a file embedded for closed-captioning devices. We'll look at the pro-res files and see if we can make a new DCP with captions that way. Litany assets: ALMPromo: 4.0 Volume, 1.85 lens/mask. QVNYC Trailer: 5.0 Volume 1.85 lens/mask. Projection Close 9/3

To do this evening/ was completed: Spoons went great! Got them situated once they got here and stayed on guard throughout the night to check in on them. Cleaned up the mountain of tech after the show and put away the white tables, too.
