NPP Projection Admin 7/20

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Ran a loop on projector 1 for The Odyssey  this evening and sharpened the focus in the center/bottom portion of the frame + ran house checks in all auditoriums this morning A photoshoot took place outside by the marquee and in theater 1 this afternoon. Raekwon was present to assist the guests. I brought the auditorium lights down and placed the NH logo on screen. They wrapped quickly and cleared out before the first round Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): I Want Your Sex one sheets were delivered and stored behind 3/7 Ordering/Receiving (content): Continued converting the DarkRoom NonFilms shorts to DCP and saved them to the Shared drive Stir of Echoes  and Once A Cop (for Sundays on Fire) prints were delivered and brought up to their respective theaters this afternoon Transferred Looper  to the LMS Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video...

Projection Close 7/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Two more great Odyssey shows today. Big crowds, as expected! Platter and projector are both clean and ready to go for tomorrow, just be sure to run a loop beforehand. Thanks! Presentation Issues: Did a reset for the captiview in T7 up in the crawl space since it wasn't working, but the patron (Gustavo, one of our regulars) was super understanding about the delay. Working just fine now. Captiview is back charging. Thank you to James for alerting me and helping me out with this whilst we worked around the Odyssey. NPP Projection Report 7/19 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Final world cup match is on in Trees. Odyssey 35mm continues to run smoothly. Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Maintenance/cleaning: Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Marquee updated?: Did a pretty big overhaul of the front side--removed Supergirl , Disclosure Day , Maddie's Secret , and World Cup and rearranged all the remaining titles. Also took care of the rental for tomorrow on the 35mm side. Posters updated?: I started updating posters; took down Jackass and Supergirl and put Oak Street and Tony up. NPP Projection Report 7/18 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Swapped the official studio DCP of Source Code into the playlist after checking it this morning. Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Source Code and She's the Man both played nicely. Odyssey 35mm shows are still going well. Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Maintenance/cleaning: I ordered a new charging cord for the walkie. The block is fine but the original cord doesn't work. There's one we can use for now but the one I ordered is better. Keep an eye out for it. NPP Projection Close 7/17

To do this evening/ was completed: Both Odyssey 35mm shows went smoothly. Projector/platter cleaned after each show. Source Code in-house DCP finished up around 11 pm. I built and scheduled a playlist then looked at the DCP in T3. It looks and sounds good to me. At the same time the official DCP was delivered to the Deluxe portal. I ingested that as well at the end of the night but did not put it on screen, so that can get looked at tomorrow morning. Projection Admin 7/17

To do this evening/ was completed: Staff screening of The Odyssey on 35mm went super well, decent turn out too! Cleaned the platter and the projector/port glass top to bottom.  Ran the screener of It Ends for the programmers in T3.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Started building A1 playlists for 7/24.  Trailer Updates: Ingested new trailers for 7/24 (we still need some content that will be available come this Monday) Special Events/ AV set up:  Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Lionsgate really dropped the ball on getting us a DCP for Source Code (few problems on their end, nothing to do with us) but Alec sent a great file of the film, which I have DCPing in 4/6 and it should be done in just a few hours. Please ingest this ASAP and build a playlist. If you can get eyes on it before you leave tonight, that would be great!  Ingested The Producers to the LMS.  Ingested new content from Kat for 7/24! NPP Projection Report 7/16 Close

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: None, both Odyssey 35 shows went smoothly. Preshow Clips/Playlist: I added cues to the Odyssey 35mm playlist to switch sound to Multi-Ch Analog and set the volume on the 750. Updated the DCP Odyssey playlist with the lights up cue for Theater 2. Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up:  Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Maintenance/cleaning: Alcohol wipes arrived Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): I adjusted the formula for The Odyssey for the lights coming up later in the credits.
