To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): The Road to El Dorado finished converting to DCP and was ingested to theater 1 Outgoing/Shipping (content): Server storage space in theaters 2 and 3 continues to be limited but I removed some first run and special event titles that have ended playing ( Wake Up Dead Man , When Harry Met Sally , and Back to the Future + some additional pre-show materials for past first runs) Print/video Inspection: Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Maintenance/cleaning: Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked the cues and schedule for tomorrow and made space for the negative flips throughout the day which will require lights brought up or manual starts Marquee updated?: Posters updated?: Cleaning lights on for the night?: Projection cart by entrance?: Additional Notes: A package addressed ...

Projection Admin 12/30

To do this evening/ was completed: Just FYI - the keys for Stranger Things do not go live until 8pm tomorrow, not in the morning. So we'll likely have to take a look in the morning on Thursday.  Once again, we are opening early, so staff screenings will have to wait. I put out a notice on 7shifts.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the missing A1 playlists for this next week.  Scheduled the LMS for the next week (sans T1 mostly because I'm waiting to see if we can get Dolby to update the clock, which Max told me they'd work on, and I reached out today to get an eta, but I also did this so we're not bloating the drives. There's less space on them).  Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Please do not use the NONAME thumb drive for DCPs. Eldorado failed last night, so I remade the DCP and it's finishing to the George Ivan drive. NPP Projection Close 12/29

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Began converting the MKV rip of The Road to El Dorado to DCP this evening and saved it to the "NONAME" drive connected to the booth 1 Mac desktop (I am not sure where its case is so I put the disc in the Time Bandits  case on top of the disc drive) Keys for the Stranger Things: Season 5 event were delivered this evening but will not become active until the morning of the 31st Outgoing/Shipping (content):  Print/video Inspection: Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Maintenance/cleaning: The time on theater 1's server is still out of sync by about 30 minutes but the content is playing without any errors and as scheduled...with the new year ahead of us we should continue to keep an eye on this as we have had issues with time syncs in the past after a calendar change Cue sheets ...

NPP Projection Open 12/29

To do this evening/ was completed: Built more SE playlists: Sundays on Fire, Happiness, Pan's Labyrinth, Lego Batman. Took down old brunch letters, put up Happiness. Cleaned port glass windows in T1, 4 and 6. Swept and mopped 4/6. Christine, Willy Wonka  features ingested to LMS. Corrected a few scheduling errors on LMS in T6 and 7. Rest of the day all set. Someone whose name I'm forgetting right now dropped off a blu-ray of The Road to El Dorado for a photoshoot scheduled for 1/8, so I've started ripping that in T1. Projection Close 12/28

To do this evening/ was completed: No funny business this evening. Theater 1 is still going strong. No issues there.  Had a annoying but not entirely uncommon situation in T4 in which MOD radioed me about Avatar looking funky, and it hasn't switched to Scope on the Christie, but the masking was fine. I switched over to scope immediately. I say not entirely uncommon because the lens can get stuck when switching formats. The playlists were and are entirely correct.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Just a friendly reminder that the playlists for Theatre 1 are currently scheduled (on the LMS) 31 minutes after they're to start due to the IMS clock, but as Alec mentioned, if rebooting causes it to properly sync up, then please readjust for the correct time. Thanks! I reached out to see what the password might be (for one of the user preferences at the top) so we can login to change the time. NPP Projection Report 12/28 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Made all the cues we need on the new T1 server. Also transferred Stranger Things for the New Year's Day showing. Shows are scheduled in here for the rest of the week. The clock on the T1 server is wrong so I scheduled everything accordingly. The clock is 31 minutes ahead, so everything is scheduled 31 minutes "late" which means they will start on time. I tried setting the clock to the correct time but was unable to do it. The update would not save. I also tried adding Screenwriter as an NTP server (this is the case for all the other theaters), but it's not refreshing. Maybe it needs to be rebooted for that to take effect, not sure. If rebooting causes the clock to sync with the NTP and display the correct time tomorrow, please make sure things are scheduled for the proper time. I added all the screen servers and the FilmVault as content sources for this new server. Presentation Issues: No issues with Theater 1 today. Preshow Clips/P...
