To do this evening/ was completed: Staff screening of The Odyssey on 35mm went super well, decent turn out too! Cleaned the platter and the projector/port glass top to bottom.  Ran the screener of It Ends for the programmers in T3.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Started building A1 playlists for 7/24.  Trailer Updates: Ingested new trailers for 7/24 (we still need some content that will be available come this Monday) Special Events/ AV set up:  Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Lionsgate really dropped the ball on getting us a DCP for Source Code (few problems on their end, nothing to do with us) but Alec sent a great file of the film, which I have DCPing in 4/6 and it should be done in just a few hours. Preshow Clips/Playlist: I added cues to the Odyssey 35mm playlist to switch sound to Multi-Ch Analog and set the volume on the 750. Updated the DCP Odyssey playlist with the lights up cue for Theater 2. I will be running a test of this tomorrow morning, Alec will be running the shows in the evening. With my head craned over the machine to see the cues I did not realize that the lamp in projector 1 was off, presumably from the heat in the booth pushing it to its limit, and changed over to reel 4 and a black screen. I stopped the film and quickly tried powering the lamp on and off again, switched it from auto to manual and flipped the power switch a second time to no avail, and finally resorted to throwing the breakers off and...

To do this evening/ was completed: Ingested FLAT Odyssey feature to LMS. Scheduled coming week in LMS excluding Josie and the Pussycats.  State Your Name went smoothly. One of the T1 mics was not turning on, and when I would connect it to the charging dock the charging lights would not come on, but they would come on for other microphones. I ended up connecting one of the T2 mics for the Q&A. Equipment broken down afterward and hard drive returned to the director. Started converting DarkRoom shorts: 7 Piano Sketches converting right now. Third box of the Odyssey print arrived. Put it with the others in T1.
