NPP Projection Admin 4/21

To do this evening/ was completed: Cue sheets built for coming week. A few SE gaps. - Richie Rich , Mulholland , Puddysticks , and The Rookie all have complete timing -AL Tech'd all Mulholland drag show pieces and noted volumes in the ROS document. All are good to go. Feature keys open tomorrow. Tech'd Take Shelter, Richie Rich and Rush Hour. Volumes logged. Ran loops for tonight and updated Take Shelter playlist with some necessary cues. Double-check it. Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built and scheduled Puddysticks -AL Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Desmond and I looked at Project Eden and Puddysticks , playlists updated. To do this evening/ was completed: New brunch and 35mm letters up on the marquee. Transferred all Mulholland content to T2. FOFIF V2 ingested to LMS. Scheduled coming week in LMS. Woman Chaser intro was smooth, mic broken down. Projection Admin 4/20

To do this evening/ was completed: Desmond will have quite a few techs to go through tomorrow, which he's emailed us about, but just wanted to pop a friendly reminder in here to say that Will made a tech playlist for Mulholland drive, so that's all set.  House checks set.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Took a look at Jimmy's Demons to make sure the DCP is alright.  Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Double checked the playlist for The Big Lebowski as the keys finally opened. Everything looks good! Went through the playlist for The Woman Chaser and adjusted volume since it would be super loud at 5.0. Got a mic hooked up and added a stand for Cristina. NPP Projection Admin 4/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Sometime during reel 4 (of 5) of Assassin's Revenge  the fire alarms throughout the building went off. The staff very quickly deduced it was a false alarm and guests were asked to remain in their seats/auditoriums after some confusion about the need for evacuation. FDNY arrived and triggered the alarm twice more, so I waited on word from MOD before resetting each auditorium. Ultimately the shows were delayed roughly 20 minutes so time in subsequent rounds was accounted and adjusted for. I was in contact with Cristina during this and got Sundays on Fire up and running again with about 1/4 of reel 4 to go. To do this evening/ was completed: Inspected Help!!! Very nice condition. Back on its shipping reels for now. Ingested Mulholland Drive feature and started making DCPs for the preshow content Desmond sent over. So far I've made the Mulholland intro slide, the Tips/Breakdown slide with both of the songs included (Sixteen Reasons first, then Got To Go My Own Way), and Malice's performance video.
