NPP Projection Report 9/25 Close

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built Digger and scheduled the early Thursday shows. Built Monster Squad  and Sundays on Fire as well. Deluxe sent an email about Heart of the Beast volume, saying it should be played at 7.0. I checked and they're right, I updated the playlists. Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested Digger and Monster Squad .  Outgoing/Shipping (content): Cleared a bunch of content off the servers and share folder. Print/video Inspection: Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Maintenance/cleaning: I forgot to mention this in my blog the other day, but Kelmar is fabricating a new sound reader for P2 in T1. It should be ready in about a week and a half. Archived some posters and added some extras to the trivia section. Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Checked for tomorrow, all good. NPP Projection Admin 9/25

To do this evening/ was completed: Tech'd Juice and Minority Report. Built a playlist for the latter. Volume/lights cues good to go. Looked at Heart of the Beast, Forgotten Island and History of Concrete as well. Good to go. Tech'd Eternal Evil of Asia and Forbidden Planet with Cristina, volumes logged. Put Perfume back on its shipping reels. Can schedule pickup for Monday. Removed old playlists and forecasts from servers, built all A1 10/2 playlists. Noticed that the R-rated 9/25 playlists had a trailer for Heart of the Beast included so I removed that and put You Can See Everything in its place, as that's what's on next week's trailer list. **10/2 playlists still have lights down at end of trailers, not beginning.** No new NewFest content to ingest today, so far. Projection Admin 9/24

To do this evening/ was completed: Rachel from NewFest reached out to let us know that DCPs were comin' in this morning. I ingest all 8 available short films to the LMS including one feature Corpus . You can keep scanning the folder every now and again to see what's come through.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Friendly reminder that we are keeping preshow lights during the trailers until the feature presentation clip!  Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Sent our certs for T1 to the Edie Arnold folks.  In a thread with the Brooklyn Dream folks. To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled the LMS (sans a few special events) for the next week. As per Jess' request, I adjusted the playlists so that preshow lights stay on throughout trailers and come down right before the policy. - L Staff screenings are out on 7shifts, scheduled on the LMS and blocked on the calendar.  - L Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built Welcome Space Brothers and Dear Mama playlists. Trailer Updates: Updated trailer info for the new playlists. Built Forgotten Island playlists.  - L Special Events/ AV set up: Set up the wireless mic receivers and PA speakers in T2 for the Zoolander event tonight. Got the spoons folks setup in T1 today so they could train a new colleague who will be standing in for Michael soon. To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built a special event playlist for The History of Concrete  on 10/1 with slides for its intro and Q&A; Cristina will send a custom slide soon so we can update this accordingly Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Finished setting up for trivia at Trees Lounge (posters, mic, HDMI adapter) and put away all gear following the event  ***Shay forgot her laptop at Trees Lounge after trivia. I reached out to her and brought it to 4/6 for safekeeping.
