NPP Projection Report 7/28 Admin

To do this evening/ was completed: 35mm Odyssey running smoothly. Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: We got a complaint about the Twisted Romance preshow for Obsession so Kat asked us to swap it out with Generic_Romance, which I did for the two/three shows we got left.  Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Maintenance/cleaning: There was an "ILS board communication failure" on the T2 Christie this morning. Bit of a long story but I replaced the IMCB for the ILS and we're all good. I initially changed the LampLOC board (this is also an IMCB, they're identical), and adjusted lens files when I thought we'd need to replace something else, but Jerry told me where the correct board was located and I changed that and reset the lens files back to normal. To do this evening/ was completed: Cleaned projector after Odyssey 35mm. Inspected all of Beavis and Butthead Do America, put it on house reels. Nice condition. NoBudge went smoothly. Mics back in the booth. Scheduled the coming week in LMS. NPP Projection Admin 7/27

To do this evening/ was completed: Tech'd All of Nobudge, added a masking cue at the end for the slide. Everything has been tested. Show should be a breeze! - L Only one 35mm show of The Odyssey today, which is up and running. Give everything a clean after the show, please. Thanks! - L Tech'd Wham! and Off The Rails (latter is a private event for Thurs. Transferred to T3) and built the playlist. I added masking cues for Wham, if you're wondering why there's a couple in the DCP. It's multiple aspect ratios, but it actually looks nice and more polished with these cues. - L Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Tech'd and adjusted the babies playlist for tomorrow morning -WB Updated ALL 7/31 A1 and SE playlists with the V2 Forecast B. To do this evening/ was completed: More big crowds for The Odyssey tonight! Print continues to look and sound great. Platter and projector have been cleaned. You'll wanna run a loop for Sundays on Fire tomorrow, and the Odyssey after.   Took a chair out in T3 for final round. To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Raised the custom Odyssey pre-show content in the 35mm playlists from 3.5 to 3.8 as MOD radioed saying it was nearly inaudible; the pre-show clips are not mixed evenly but 3.8 should be consistently loud enough for the crowd to hear above the chatter/servers greeting them Built and scheduled an OCAP infants show playlist for Her Private Hell  on 7/28 Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Supercop 2 screening in theater 1 went well; cleaned both projectors before setting up for the first 35mm screening of The Odyssey Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Placed  Supercop 2 back on its shipping reels Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Maintenance/cleaning: Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Marquee updated?: Posters updated?: Cleaning lights on for the night?: Projection cart by entrance?: Additio...

NPP Projection Report 7/25 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Added a dowser close cue at the end of the policy in Odyssey 35mm playlists. Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: First Odyssey matinee went smoothly and the second is off to a great start. Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): CRU drive with Space Jam arrived, ingested the feature to the LMS. Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Maintenance/cleaning: The Space Jam drive wasn't mounting so I rebooted the Screenwriter server which fixed the problem. Mentioning this because the reboot also got the automatic KDM uploads working again, so we don't need to upload keys manually!
