NPP Projection Admin 4/3

To do this evening/ was completed: 35mm letters back up on marquee, also Fantasy Life.  Rush Hour arrived, it's been inspected, in T1. Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Kat should send over the new forecasts EOD. Once we receive these we can start building new playlists.  Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Spoons tomorrow - table is still off to the side.  Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested Hive Queen. - LH Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Spent most of the day running through all NSF programs/playlists to get everything officially sorted. I've adjusted all the playlists with the notes from today but please be advised we will be adjusting them once more with forecasts/howto just to buff them out (plus it'll be good for the crowd) and I've got a five min welcome slotted in atm just to reach 30 mins, so once we get the updated forecasts from Kat, we can sort that out. To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built and scheduled an infants show playlist for Super Mario Galaxy  on 4/7 Raised the feature volume in all show playlists for The Drama and Super Mario Galaxy  as both sounded a bit softer than normal with the larger crowds in attendance Added a lights up cue to the Fantasy Life  staff show playlist for tomorrow morning Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Dirty Dancing private screening in 4 was very straightforward (no breaks for singing or last minute technical requests) and wrapped up on schedule Spoons Toons and Booze in theater 1 went well and all gear was stored beneath the curtains after the show for the brunch event on Saturday Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Fantasy Life one sheets were delivered and stored behind 3/7 Ordering/Receiving (content): Outgoing/Shipping (content): Removed  Dirty Dancing feature content   from the LMS/server following the sh...

Projection Admin 4/2

To do this evening/ was completed: FOH meeting went very well. Spring menu starts tomorrow!  Updated staff screenings with Fantasy Life information.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Updated all NSF26 playlists with the correct preshow we received today. Built the Fantasy Life playlists and scheduled them on the LMS. - LH Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Setup for Spoons tonight -wireless mic mixer, Aja, yamaha and spotlight board. All tested. Everything is on the table off to the side with three microphone stands. All you have to do is turn everything on (including the panels on the wireless mic mixer!) and plug them in. Friendly reminder that it is Digital 4 on the processor for laptop sound. - LH Been in touch with the folks for Jason and Shirley (later this month), which also includes a short we've screened before called Birth of a Hive Queen. To do this evening/ was completed: Staff screenings have been scheduled on the LMS, blocked on the calendar and sent out via 7shifts. We will add Fantasy Life once we've got it in house. See notes below in Ordering/Receiving. To do this evening/ was completed: LMS scheduled for the coming week except for Fantasy Life, feature hasn't come in yet. Dirty Dancing still going in T1. Woman Chaser and Mubi_April ingested to LMS. Gowanus Current downloading to Share drive. T5 and 3/7 booths vacuumed.
