NPP Projection Report 6/13 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Palco is working on the roof, so the T2 hatch is open. They're still up there as I write, just make sure this gets closed and locked before they leave. Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: E.T. and Fresh Kill played nicely. World Cup is on in Trees with no sound for now. I plugged the XLR cables in and turned on the amp, so you'll just need to turn up the volume on the projector if the bar decides to play the sound. There's also the Knicks game at 8:30 tonight, which conflicts with the World Cup game at 9, so I guess it's up to bar/MOD to decide which to put on. But it'll probably be the Knicks. Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): The five boxes addressed to me in 4/6 were merch for the Rozz Williams screening in July. I took the smaller boxes out of the bigger boxes and am storing them under the table in here. There is more of this to come...

NPP Projection Close 6/12

To do this evening/ was completed: Built the SE playlists I could, trailer list document updated. Thought the ET keys would open at midnight but they don't open until 8 am tomorrow so tech will have to be then. World Cup on in Trees, all good. I disconnected the XLR cables at the end of the night. Not sure if we want to leave those connected for the sake of not having to ask people to get off the bench every day while we reconnect. Projection Admin 6/12

To do this evening/ was completed: It will rain tonight! Please check the T2 booth every now and again.  FYI just a friendly reminder that the keys for ET open up after midnight, so we'll have to do a volume/credits check then just to be sure, but it should be just fine the way it is on the cue sheets with the info from the ingest letter.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built all A1 6/19 playlists! Please continue SE playlists this evening.  Trailer Updates: Ingested SE/ A1 trailers to the LMS.  Special Events/ AV set up: Ripped the BluRay of and started DCPing Toy Story (looks great!) in T1. Projection Admin 6/10

To do this evening/ was completed: Had our cinema meeting today and we're in great shape. FYI the dvd we received of Toy Story (1995), for the private event, is not of greta quality (both as a ripped file and as a disc), so Alec reached out to Chenelle to see if we can get a BluRay.  Staff Screenings have been posted on 7shifts, blocked on the calendar and scheduled on the LMS. - LH Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Updated necessary first run playlists with with the Coyote Acme trailer instead of Minions since we're probably not getting the new movie.
