NPP Projection Report 3/8 Close

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Downloaded and ingested the remaining available shorts for NSF Closing Nite. I managed to get the video file for "Holey" (Opening Nite) to download fully using Safari. DCP has been ingested. I noticed the blu-ray of Dope is scheduled to arrive on Saturday which is when we're screening it. I'll send a file to convert, probably tomorrow. Outgoing/Shipping (content): Printed a return label for Martial Arts and scheduled a pickup for tomorrow, it's on the cart. Print/video Inspection: Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Maintenance/cleaning: I found screws which fit the armrest that came off the seat in T3 and put it back on before the last round. Projection Admin 3/6

To do this evening/ was completed: Juan fixed the leak situation in T6 booth, but Im keeping the trash bag partly on it just as we continue to monitor it the next few days.  Presentation Issues: No issues, but just a friendly reminder that if any intros go over their allotted time, be sure to communicate that change in credits/end time to MOD so they can act accordingly. To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Crazy, Stupid, Love private event in theater 6 went smoothly (mixer and mics were put back in their storage spaces after the show) Spoons Toons & Booze set up went very quickly and the hosts got underway shortly after I connected them to picture and sound (they will be back over the weekend so I have organized everything neatly and left it under/beside the screen) + mics are charging in booth 1 Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Outgoing/Shipping (content): Removed the  Crazy, Stupid, Love feature content and host birthday video from the LMS and 6 after the event ended Print/video Inspection: Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Maintenance/cleaning: The ceiling above the projector in theater 6 began leaking briefly during the private event.
