Note - I reached out and the keys for Arco will be coming in later tonight, around 9pm. - LH Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built a few SE playlists for the week and scheduled them on the LMS. - LH Tech'd Primate /playlist for Primate - LH Trailer Updates:  Special Events/ AV set up: Photo shoot in T1 went well. Blu-ray returned to the renter. Setup for Spoons in T1 with wirelesss mic mixer, yamaha, aja, spots board, mic stands. I added a bit more time on the LMS in case they start a little late. - LH An intro was added to the T6 private event. Mic set up on a stand in the front of the room. Levels are set, just turn the mixer on. Pan's Labyrinth went smoothly, print back on shipping reels. Broke down T3 after the Q&A. Disconnected most of the XLRs from the mixer FYI. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey everyone, when packing up prints, please print and attach shipping labels and schedule pickups immediately and add the outgoing tracking to the asset tracking doc. (That means we'll need to keep this up to date!) We are trying to keep closer track of film shipping costs in the new year. There are columns for incoming and outgoing tracking (John will fill in the incoming, but tag him in a comment on the cell if something is missing that's coming up soon) in the doc for January. No marquee rental for this! I will be there that morning. We're all set for that evening rental, too, also on 1/8. Playlist is done. For the potential event on 1/11, it has yet be fully confirmed but she'll let us know by this evening and I'll pass on that info so everyone's in the know.
