To do this evening/ was completed: John got a response back in regard to shipping rates - FedEx is still shuffling a lot around in general, but we should have our discounted plan back up and running by tomorrow. We will keep you updated. - L Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlists for Ferris Beuller and Prince Achmed (need to tech achmed and the shorts). Built the second private playlist for tomorrow (Super Mario Bros) and made sure both private screenings are scheduled for tomorrow morning.  - L Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Setup the external speakers, yamaha, and wireless mic mixer in T2. Just turn everything on. Tested spots (preset info in the event memo!) and mics. I went through the playlist to double check volume for the drag show and feature. T1 looks like it doesn't have 1.90 lens cue at the moment--two of the shorts are listed as 1.90 lens on event memo. Also no 4.8 volume cue on Screenwriter so I made those shorts 5.0 and will be working the event so will know to drop it by .2 when they come on. Still waiting on custom preshow for Film Feast. New 35mm letters up and took down brunch side letters at the end of the night, right as a large crowd started to materialize, so I'll put up new brunch letters tomorrow. To do this evening/ was completed: Somewhat mysterious activity in T1 as, during final round, it seems as though the cue for the volume change (for the feature) did not execute ( I was walkied to go to T2 instead of 1, which was then corrected by James, but this delayed the fix), then later on the lights for the credits didn't execute. No projector issue, no server or lighting panel issue indicated anywhere...I went through the same playlist once last round was over and had no issues at all.
