To do this evening/ was completed: Put up new first run letters, took down Brooklyn Nets message and put up 35mm upcoming shows. Built all 7/3 A1 playlists, old forecasts and playlists deleted. Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Tech'd Fig trees, Splendor, ran the screener of Her Private Hell for the programmers. - LH Double checked playlists/ LMS schedule- LH Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Got two posters, added them to 3/7 - LH Ordering/Receiving (content): We received The Fountain! This can get inspected tonight! - LH Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Ran a reel of Law of Desire for Desmond. All set, volume noted on the card. NPP Projection Close 6/25

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: I was scheduled to start this evening at 7:30 so I was immediately kept busy running a rehearsal for Basic Instinct  with the performers in 2. Everything went smoothly, as did the actual show, and the feature played without issue. I broke down all the gear used following the event and placed everything back in storage behind the curtain. NPP Projection Open 6/25

To do this evening/ was completed: Ingested The Invite feature to LMS. Set up speakers/mixer/mics for Basic Instinct tonight. Everything is turned off right now. Brought Law of Desire up to 4/6 and inspected all of it. Very good condition, on house reels. Checked in on Jackass and Supergirl, both sound good at their set volumes. Projection Close 6/24

To do this evening/ was completed: Staff Screenings have been posted to 7shifts, blocked on the calendar and scheduled on the LMS. - LH Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Scheduled the rest of the LMS for Tuesday - Thursday.  Built the playlist for All the Presidents Men. - LH Trailer Updates: Ingested the Camp Miasma trailer for the end of the week. - LH Special Events/ AV set up: Setup the mic and mixer in T4 for Meteor Man tonight. - LH Reached out tot Chenelle for a BluRay pickup (prob this upcoming Tuesday), and  there's a solid chance the private event for 7/9 is not happening, but we'll standby! - LH Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content):  *The keys for Benedetta will arrive Friday and open up on Saturday.  *John looped me in with the folks for Under the Fig Trees. NPP Projection Report 6/23 Admin

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the  Minions, Law of Desire , and Splendor in the Grass playlists. Ingested Thriller preshow for All the President's Men so that can get built Scheduled Jackass and Supergirl shows for Thursday. For next week, I scheduled through Monday 6/29. Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: DCP tech in T1 went well. Ran loops for Butterfly Effect . Mic and stand set up. Trivia tonight. I put the table out. We got a print of The Fountainhead (1949), which was supposed to be The Fountain (2006). John reached out to HFC to figure out the best way to sort this out. I left The Fountainhead in 4/6 for now.
