To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Tested the first reel of Dangerous Game with Cristina and noted volume levels prior to the screening in theater 4 + Dangerous Game screening went super smoothly (projector vents are shut for the time being -- next show in 4 is The Sandpiper on 7/9) Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Janet Planet ,  Paddington in Peru ,  Fly Me to the Moon , and  The Forge   one sheets were delivered and stored behind 3/7 Ordering/Receiving (content): Uploaded keys for all upcoming first run titles + ingested the newest Trap trailer and feature content for Maxxxine  (there is no 7.1 available for its OCAP file but its CCAP has both audio formats) Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Re-inspected  Dangerous Game  after the show and packaged it for return shipping Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Maintenance/cleaning: Cue sheets updated/checked (every sh

NPP Projection Open 6/25

To do this evening/ was completed: Ordered a new furniture dolly to replace the one that's been missing from 3/7 -al July schedule has been posted! -al Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up : Mic is set up in 4 for the intro tonight. Ran loops for tonight--framing and focus set. Cleaned the projectors afterward, as well as the 35mm port glass windows. Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): We received the Janet Planet posters. Despicable Me should be here tomorrow. -al Ordering/Receiving (content): The last No Budge short (Happy Ending) finished converting and all the shorts have been ingested. - JC Despicable Me 4 and Jaws have been ingested. - JC Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Finished inspecting  Set It Off,  put it back on its shipping reels. It's in excellent condition. I checked the Basic Instinct feature today, looks/sounds good. Updated the volume cue in the playlist. -al Asset tracking

NPP Projection Admin Lillian/Will 6/24

To do this evening/ was completed: FYI - Cristina wants to take a look at Dangerous Game before the show tomorrow. It's possible to do a 5min tech, but we'll have to be on it with rewinding and prep. - L I got the trailer for The Best of the Best onto a house reel jus to look at it structurally (pretty fragile/warped, but it should hopefully be alright) needs some leader/the DOA print that we don't have (this should be coming Wednesday morning/afternoon!) then we can get it ready for the show. - L Will mentioned having difficultly while inspecting Set it Off today and because something felt off with the feed section of the Kelmar bench, so I took a look at this, opened up the feed section and saw that the screws that hold in the diamond plates (that also latch onto the kelmar pads/plates, had all come loose and were rolling around in the bottom of the box. I reattached and tightened up the screws, cleaned everything. This should be just fine now. Please do NOT exceed 40 sp

To do this evening/ was completed: Hellraiser and Congratulations letters down, next week's brunch letters up, as well as Bound on the 35mm side. Started downloading the NoBudge files Desmond sent over. So far 3 have been converted to DCP: Georgia, Teeth Tacs and Compounding Negativity. Yet to ingest, still residing on 4/6 desktop. Outgoing weekend playlists and content removed from servers. T1 booth swept and mopped. To do this evening/ was completed:  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Tested the mic and show playlist for  The Little Rascals  in theater 4 before the first round (thank you to whoever left set this up overnight) and the intro and screening went smoothly  Conan the Destroyer concluded its weekend brunch residency in theater 3 this morning (removed the feature content for this film and The Little Rascals  from the TMS after their respective shows ended) Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): An additional Wicked one sheet was delivered and placed in storage behind 3/7 Ordering/Receiving (content): Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Maintenance/cleaning:  Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked cues for tomorrow, cross referenced the TMS schedule, and initialed for confirmation Marquee updated?: Conan the Destroyer and  The Little Rascals  letters were reo

Projection Close 6/22

To do this evening/ was completed: Quite a quiet night. All is well on the projection front.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Checked the playlists for the coming week to make sure everything's all set for when we get the new film schedule this Monday. Made a few adjustments. The PG13 and R rated trailer packs had the wrong policy in them.  Went through SE content/playlists.  Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Double checked the playlist for The Little Rascals tomorrow as there's an intro. Setup the mixer and mics so it's all set for the morning, just switch the mixer on!  Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Added more photos to the drive for The Talented Mr. Ripley.  Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes Maintenance/cleaning: Cleaned the surfaces, computer/monitor/lens cabinet in 4/6.  Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Checked. NPP Projection Report 6/22 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Please put the Euro soccer matches on in Trees. There are multiple per day, so we should put them all on on weekends and the last match (which starts at 3pm) on weekdays. These will be on either 505 (Fox HD) or 583 (Fox Sports HD) so just check those channels and if you see people playing soccer, you should put it on in Trees. Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built and scheduled the A Quiet Place playlists and filled those in on Thursday's cue sheet. Ditto Janet Planet and Kinds of Kindness , only those playlists were already built. Raised the volume for the feature to 5.8 in all Inside Out playlists. 5.0 was definitely too quiet especially with the big crowds. Personally, I think 5.5 should be our default volume for DCP features. 5.0 is maybe OK for the smaller houses, but 5.5 is generally a good level for the building (though of course depends on the movie).
