To do this evening/ was completed: More NewFest teching/downloading/ingesting today.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Kat sent the trailer list, I've been ingesting content - forecasts, new trailers and what not, but the QR explainer (V3) won't be available for a few days.  Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Set for the SE shows this weekend. Spoons stuff is still off to the side in T1 with a black cloth over it, but I turned on the mixer since the PA speakers make an unpleasant sound when the mixer is not engaged.  Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Got the DCP/KDM for Edie Arnold, which Desmond and I were also able to take a look at today.  Outgoing/Shipping (content): Cleared content we no longer need. Much more space in T1 now, which will be good for NewFest.  Print/video Inspection: Tech'd some trailers today with Desmond and Galen, a few features and some shorts that either hadn't been delivered...

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: I brought the spots board back up to the booth for the John Wilson Q&A in theater 1 and reconnected it there to avoid operating the lights from the side of the screen.  The History of Concrete screening and talkback went just fine save for the ten or so minutes they went over taking audience questions which immediately cut into the STB event starting on schedule with its near two hundred guests waiting outside the auditorium. I brought the spots board back down, reconnected it for the STB hosts, and was alerted to the wash lights malfunctioning. Took a couple of runs up and down from booth 1 and messing with the buttons on the board itself before I realized the "left" and "center" spotlight breaker switches were left off despite Lillian's blog stating these could be kept on. To do this evening/ was completed: Adjusted the playlist ever so slightly for John Wilson tonight, just to make it smoother. We're all set for this show, just grab two chairs when the time comes.  FOH meeting went well, cleaned up afterwards.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Color of Money and ingested some missing preshow content.  Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Set up Spoons for tonight. All the equipment will just need to be turned on. Also, when breaking down we only need to switch off the "Moving Spots" breaker since those fixtures make noise when they're on. The "Center" and "Left Spotlight" breakers can stay on. Also, we can use the switcher to switch between HDMI sources (cable and stage) in Theater 1 and Theater 2. To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled the rest of Your Mother x3, excluding the Sunday Q&A show. Inspected all of Little Shop of Horrors. The beginning of the first reel is very damaged, basically every few frames taped up with a lot of tears left unrepaired. I taped them up as best as I could and I think the reel will run smoothly but be aware. Also put Eternal Evil of Asia on house reels. Converted The Demon Bird to DCP, can ingest tomorrow. Both SE screenings went smoothly tonight. To do this evening/ was completed: Staff screenings are out on 7shifts, the LMS and the calendar (fyi FOH meeting means we have one round of screenings on Friday and another on Monday). - L Cinema meeting went well! We have our first runs for this new week, and we should be getting Brooklyn Dream no later than 10/5 (we followed up with them today).
