To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: I reached out to John about a Film Feast slide for tomorrow. He'll get us one, but for now, the NH logo slide is in the playlist. There is in fact a 4.8 volume cue so I added that to the appropriate shorts in the NoBudge playlist. For the 1.90 short (there's only one), we'll just play it with the 1.85 lens channel and 1.85 masking. Looks fine that way. The Mario school screening was scheduled in T1 for today; this isn't until Friday. I moved it. Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Ran loops for Ladies of Leisure tonight. Checked over the playlist, too, it's all set. McKegg and I set up the turntables for the DJ set before tonight's Precode Parade screening. I also put the table out for Trivia. To do this evening/ was completed: John got a response back in regard to shipping rates - FedEx is still shuffling a lot around in general, but we should have our discounted plan back up and running by tomorrow. T1 looks like it doesn't have 1.90 lens cue at the moment--two of the shorts are listed as 1.90 lens on event memo. Also no 4.8 volume cue on Screenwriter so I made those shorts 5.0 and will be working the event so will know to drop it by .2 when they come on. Still waiting on custom preshow for Film Feast. New 35mm letters up and took down brunch side letters at the end of the night, right as a large crowd started to materialize, so I'll put up new brunch letters tomorrow. To do this evening/ was completed: Somewhat mysterious activity in T1 as, during final round, it seems as though the cue for the volume change (for the feature) did not execute ( I was walkied to go to T2 instead of 1, which was then corrected by James, but this delayed the fix), then later on the lights for the credits didn't execute. No projector issue, no server or lighting panel issue indicated anywhere...I went through the same playlist once last round was over and had no issues at all.
