NPP Projection Close 4/30 Lil close/Jack on mid

To do this evening/ was completed: Inspected all of Virgin Suicides, in good condition, on house reels. - JC B******e Surfers screening and Q&A went smoothly. Mics/chairs broken down afterward. Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Setup for Bingo night in Trees which went super well - so many people came up to me whilst cleaning up to say how much fun they had either doing bingo, watching the doc or The Rookie. Everything is back in the storage closet. - L  The Rookie screening was a lot of fun. Missed these late night screenings. Print is tails out in T1, which can get packed up tomorrow. NPP Projection Report 4/30 Admin

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built and scheduled a babies playlist of  Michael for Tuesday. Checked both playlists for tonight, they're good to go. Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Ran loops for The Rookie tonight. Cleaned the projectors as well. Chairs are on the stage in T2 for the Butthole Surfers Q&A tonight; I looked at the spots with the slide up on screen and added the proper settings to the ROS on the event memo. Tested the Spotify playlist through the Non-Sync input, too. This is all good to go. Projection Admin 4/29

To do this evening/ was completed: Staff screenings have been sent out on 7shifts, scheduled on the LMS and blocked on the calendar. Please do not delete Mulholland Drive until after Friday's staff screening! Thanks!  Tomorrow we lose Fantasy Life and can send back the CRU drives. Both are in 4/6.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Tech'd Devil Wears Prada , which sounds better at 6.0! Playlists updated.  Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Got the chairs and mics ready for Puddysticks in T4. Everything is ready to go - double checked the playlist. Spots remote is in the booth (4/6).  We had to make some last minute changes to Butthole Surfers in which they asked us to use the intro slide for preshow with a special spotify playlist, plus they sent their new music video for us to run before the show. To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Mulholland Drive  tech went fine save for the handful of last minute changes to volume and lighting cues, which in turn threw me off during the first performance but I recovered and got the appropriate spot/wash combo back up, as did the feature screening which started ten minutes behind schedule + broke down all gear for this event following the show and left it behind the curtains on stage in theater 2 Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Mortal Kombat II feature content was made available via Deluxe this evening Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Inspected reels 1-4 (of 8) of Uncut Gems in booth 1 and uploaded some stills to the shared drive Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Maintenance/cleaning: Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked all cues and added timing for the Butthole Surf...

NPP Projection Admin 4/28

To do this evening/ was completed: School screening went smoothly this morning. Updated PG-13 and R 4/24 playlists with new trailer list per Kat's email. Blue Velvet and Uncut Gems arrived this afternoon. I would like to assume an additional inspection of Blue Velvet is unnecessary but if not let me know. Prints down in T1. Set up wireless mics/PA speakers for tonight's drag show performance and tech'd the Mulholland feature, added lights up cue. Good to go. Speakers are turned off right now, mics on top shelf of rack behind curtain, fully charged. Vacuumed T5 and 3/7. Did not look at the Puddysticks trailer so that will have to be checked tomorrow. Lost Boys feature ingested to LMS.
