NPP Projection Close 7/12

To do this evening/ was completed: Built playlist for She's the Man. Waiting on content for the other SEs. Ingested State Your Name to LMS and T1. Put it on screen in T1, looks and sounds good. 4.0-4.2 sounds good for volume, double-check tomorrow if you like. No credits, just fades out right at the end. Reached out to John about the preshow for State Your Name. We don't have a specific Graffiti preshow, only Generic NYC and Brooklyn. He said he'd reach out to Kat. I'm sure we'll have an update tomorrow. For now I built a playlist for the show with Generic NYC preshow content. Saw the emails about transferring Fountain print to Roxy. Are we going to schedule shipping or just do a pick-up like we have previously with Illyse? New brunch and 35mm letters up. Projection Close 7/11

NPP Projection Report 7/11 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: The AC is off in the Theater 1 booth until Palco comes to fix it on Monday. I put one of the big blue air movers in there with the port window closest to the rack open. It's not too bad in there but keep an eye on it. Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: The Fountain went very well. Rewound the print for tomorrow and cleaned the projectors. Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): The State Your Name DCP will finish at some point tomorrow. It should finish when someone is here (i.e. not overnight) so please keep an eye on it and ingest it once it's done if possible. Outgoing/Shipping (content): We still have a reel of Save the Last Dance on a house reel in 4/6, so this will need to be shipped back separately since the rest went out yesterday. I said it was before realizing its source file was not copied to our drive and was converting from the filmmaker's. For whatever reason, probably the original .mov file being massive, the DCP-o-matic program is currently saying it will take the course of the weekend to finish. NPP Projection Report 7/9 Admin

To do this evening/ was completed: Just a note on marquee letters - please try to organize them/put them back. I found loads just sitting on top of the bookshelf. It will make everyone's life easier if you clean up as you go. Thank you! - L Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built a screener playlist for tomorrow/s viewing of The Wrong Girls, transferred the film to T3 for the programmers. - L Tech'd Palestine 36, adjusted playlist. Tech'd Evil Dead Burn and Maddie's Secret, playlists ready to go. - L Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: More Odyssey (and possibly Camp Miasma ) 35mm prep: we have a working make up table for Theater 4 which I set up today. It's working well and I put a test reel on the platter up here. Ran it through the projector, too. Looking good. Setup the Aja, spots board, mixer and wireless receiver in T1 for Spoons tonight.
