To do this evening/ was completed: Please note that keys for Possessor come in on 1/25. - L Birds tech'd, volume logged. Looks good. Inspected all of Dancing Lady, put it back on shipping reels. Very nice condition. Started inspecting Jurassic Park, if someone wants to continue with that. Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built all first run playlists for the week of 1/23 (lots and lots of playlists...) including these SE shows - Train Dreams, Removal of the Eye, Monk in Pieces, 9 to 5. To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Cristina texted me during the first reel of Rhinestone to tell me the wrong intro video had played after she gave her remarks. She asked that I play the right one after the film which I told her I would do. The one that had played was "Intro_SE_Dolly" which was not specifically about the film but a more general greeting and intro. I checked the LMS and found a clip titled "Intro_Dolly_Rhinestone" which was not the one in the show playlist or anywhere on theater 1's server, transferred it over, and built a short playlist around it. A song played over the end of the film and in an attempt to get ahead of the rest of the credits I switched over to this playlist, causing a momentary pause in volume and an image overlay on screen. To do this evening/ was completed: Ran loops for Rhinestone today and fixed the projectors up for Scope. Spent some time trying to adjust P1 so it's sharper. I added a masking cue to the playlist since I didn't see one in there. Double checked the Dolly preshow and intro video to make sure the sound was all good. Remember to turn the vents on properly. - LH  Adjust the staff screening for today since we had maintenance going on in T2, but we're all set for it in that screening room for tomorrow morning. Staff screenings scheduled for tomorrow and Friday. T4 intro went smoothly. Mic broken down afterward. New 35mm letters up. The DJ for Monday's event came by and had a few questions about the setup in Trees, primarily about cable inputs and making sure he'd be able to have a monitor speaker for playback. Jeffrey alerted them and they're on it, which is why we've received the keys to begin with, but I just sent a follow up email to confirm we received the keys but still need the feature. I have not sent out staff screening info. Update: received feature. Jack will schedule screenings on the LMS once it is done ingesting. To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: The motor to projector 1 did not start during the changeover between reels 1 and 2 of  You Got Served . Reel 1 ran out and I brought the house lights up before assessing the issue. I tried turning the motor on and off several times to no avail (the machine itself was powered on), made sure all other switches on the machine were in the "on" position, then finally turned it from auto to manual power which seemed to remedy  the problem. I brought lights back down once the motor was rolling properly and had no further issues. I made sure to cycle the power from manual to auto and back again between reels, running it a little each time to see if it wasn't working in any particular setting. It seemed to run just fine in both modes after this and the rest of the changeovers during the show were smooth.
