NPP Projection Close 12/17

To do this evening/ was completed: Built the rest of the 12/26 A1 playlists (excluding Is This Thing On?). Was not able to schedule 12/26 - 1/1. Cyberslime DCP ingested to LMS. Charlie and the Chocolate Factory went smoothly. Print packaged back up. Somehow the playlist seemingly unpaused itself during McKegg's intro and moved on to the trailer. I caught it immediately but it still caused a minor hiccup. Not sure how that happened. Right before this I did get the warning that the Shutdown playlist was about to start (as it automatically schedules itself five minutes after last playlist), but usually the current paused playlist doesn't move on to shutdown. Idk. T7 equipment broken down after event. Mics beneath screen. Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: The private event in T7 went well. To do this evening/ was completed: Staff Screenings have been posted to 7shifts, blocked on the Google calendar and scheduled on the LMS. - L Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Updated all 12/19 PG playlists with the Hoppers trailer since we are no longer getting the Cat in the Hat. - L Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Brought down the XLRs and mics for theatre 7 and setup for the event tonight. Three mics are ready to go, chairs are off to the side. You'll just need to take the spots remote down with ya. - L Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): The new set of keys for Sentimental Value were only for a few screening rooms, missing t6, which we need, so we have been issued new keys and they should show up by tonight. Update: they're in and ingesting!   It's a Wonderful Life will be delivered by tomorrow morning.  Ingested Arthur Christmas to the LMS.  Currently downloading the Cyberslime Shorts DCP to the des...

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Set up for trivia at Trees Lounge this evening and centered the projector so its image is flush with the screen Dark Angel screening went smoothly Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Supergirl teaser posters were delivered and stored behind 3/7 Ordering/Receiving (content): Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Put  Dark Angel back on its shipping reels after the show...this needs labels but can be scheduled to be returned tomorrow (note: last I checked there was still a can for King Kong on the cart) Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Maintenance/cleaning:  Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked the cues and schedule on the LMS Marquee updated?: Posters updated?: Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes Projection cart by entrance?: Yes Additional Notes: Amazon delivery addressed to Alec was delivered and brought...

NPP Projection Admin 12/16

To do this evening/ was completed: The January schedule is posted. Remember there are "mid" shifts scheduled regularly, every Monday-Thursday. Look over your schedule to see which you'll be responsible for. -Alec LMS scheduled for coming weeks except for Marty, Is This Thing On?, No Other Choice. Those DCPs aren't available yet. Loops ran for tonight, all set. Packed up Mercenaries from HK and Red Rocket. Both prints are scheduled for pick up this afternoon. King Kong can was picked up earlier today. When Harry Met Sally and Back to the Future ingested to LMS. 12/26 trailer packs made, started building 12/26 playlists. As far as I know, Jared did not come by tonight with the film he's supposed to bring us. NPP Projection Open (Lillian/Will)

To do this evening/ was completed: Ran a reel of Red Rocket, including loops, to set the projectors up for tonight in T4. Volume at 7.0 (which is on the white card, though I told Jack he might want to raise it depending on the body count). Please remember to open the vents when running film. - L Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the final playlist for Batman Returns. Desmond reached out with a change today, which is that there's no donations slide, only tips, which we now have two DCPs for (they just want the curtain call music and cool cat songs for the tips slide). Ingested new DCP and took a look at the Vigor Mortis V2. - L Built and scheduled school screenings for this week (but not Friday's as Chenelle has yet to confirm whether they're actually going through with it). - L FYI- Jared reached out about us putting a film up on Plex for him to play during his event in Trees on Wednesday. To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Elf played in theater 2 to a large crowd this morning...volume needed a slight boost but overall the screening went well  Double checked  Christmas Vacation  for the private event and revised the pre-show since the same all ages 40min segment was looped...the feature played without any issues Ran loops ahead of Sundays on Fire in theater 1...
