To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built and transferred a show playlist for Nirvanna the Band...  for the programmers' screening tomorrow afternoon (I will be in attendance for this) with a feature stinger to bring the lights down + volume and lights cues for the feature itself...SPL is saved as "NIRVANNA" Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Set up for Donwill's DJ set at Trees Lounge + last minute third mic setup for the Shouting at the Screen special guest...slideshow and feature tech went well...intro and screening both ran smoothly too and all gear was put back behind the curtain following the show Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Inspected all of  You Got Served and took pictures to send to Desmond (I had to take the roll of splicing tape from 4/6 down to 1 to make some fixes since we seem to be out of extras?) Levels for the mics are set you'll just have to turn the receivers, mixer, and speakers on. Mics are charging up in the booth. Use 1&2. The bluetooth remote for the laptop is in 4/6 and fully charged. Playlist adjusted as well. A few cues added, and brought the volume down to 4.2 in the playlist, though hosts will listen to it before doors to determine a starting level. Ran through the playlist and it's ready to go. To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built You Got Served Trailer Updates: Received new versions of the New Year, New Me and Family Friendly trailers. These have been swapped into all appropriate playlists. Special Events/ AV set up: Checked out Trading Places for tonight and checked/updated the playlist. All set! Set 1.90 masking and lens file (along with automation cues) in T2 for Little Amelie . Saved over the 1.50 preset for Bugonia (and deleted the "Bugonia Masking" cue) as we no longer need it. Built and scheduled the playlist. Rhinestone slide made/ingested. We might get a " Rhinestone -specific" intro video for this one. Keep an eye out, Cristina will email it to us if we do. To do this evening/ was completed: Maximum Overdrive packaged up and on the way to WB. Ran loops for tonight and cleaned projectors afterward. Looked at Hell Up In Harlem and Little Amelie. Amelie is 1:90 and has a weird letterbox to it in 1:85. At the moment I don't think we have 1:90 lens/mask. Trading Places feature only came in this afternoon via Deluxe. Ingested.
