To do this evening/ was completed: Dance Freak Q&A went smoothly, mics back in the booth. Trees mic back in storage closet. New 35mm letters up on the marquee. Built playlists for The Cure, Christmas Vacation  and Dark Angel, the last of which still needs intro slide FYI. Avatar feature ingested to LMS. **Chenelle notified me that someone from the media at the event left behind an XLR cable. It's resting on the side table in 4/6 booth right now. To do this evening/ was completed: Brad Lander formally announcing he's running for congress at our establishment was not on my 2025 bingo card, but what a fun last minute shindig! I set up a mic and a stand, which turned into the hub for all press mics and it held well. Gaffed everything down for safety. Earlier in the day they sent what we thought was a slideshow but is actually a folder of photos, so I turned it into a slideshow video and uploaded it to Plex, which worked out great. I stood right by the AV box so I could adjust levels for the speakers and all the speeches went super well. Bar managers, Raekwon and Chenelle and I communicated very well throughout the night. Guests are still partying in the bar, but our work is essentially done. To do this evening/ was completed: LMS scheduled for the coming week (not including Avatar, Spongebob, Housemaid, The Cure).  Reached out to Deluxe for new keys for Pig. The ones we received were for Theater 2 only--look out for follow up to that. Ran a reel of Mercenaries from Hong Kong for Cristina, volume logged. The bottom of the screen looked like the scope plate needed to be filed a bit more--not sure if that was the print or indeed the plate. Double-checked today's cue sheets. Outgoing CRU drives dropped off at Ballard (UPS). Presentation Issues: Theater 3 crapped out on us right before Sentimental Value started. I guess it realized I haven't had a turn to go through that insanity, so hurray for me. To do this evening/ was completed: Back from visiting family. Thank you for the coverage! During the last round in T5, a woman fell and the poor thing hit her head pretty hard. Immediately brought the lights up upon hearing Shay's request and we cancelled the screening, of course. The director and PR folks gave us a bit of grief as they sprung an intro on us last minute and asked for there to be no house lights up cue in the playlist for credits (both of which were a wee bit annoying but also totally fine as we were only two minutes into preshow and I was able to eject and update the playlist before anyone came in) but then they had us hold for five minutes, which would have been okay but we already had a bit of a tight turnaround for the Q&A before the next round...

FYI - the slide is 1.50:1 like the feature, so I have the masking going to 1.50 ("Bugonia Masking") for the intro and staying that way for the feature and Q&A.
