Projection Admin 5/27

To do this evening/ was completed: There is a seat out and a listening device in T1 for the same individual at 601. Screws are in 4/6. - L John should be here this evening with the BluRay/DVD for Fabulous Stains . Short came through for this which is dcping in 4/6.  - L Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Updated the playlist and cue sheets for Bicycle Thieves. Techd this today and since we're using the variable ratio masking preset in there for Obsession, I'm using the 1.66 masking (which has been adjusted for 1.37) for the weekend, then I'll change it back. - L I bumped the volume for I Love Boosters to 5.8, there have been some complaints about the mix at both locations now. I listened from a few different spots in T2 and it sounded good to me at this level. -AL Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Setup a mic and stand off to the side in T4 and tested it for this evening. NPP Projection Close 5/26

To do this evening/ was completed:  Presentation Issues: During  M:I 2  the volume on the CP750 kept lowering on its own (mostly during reels 4-7 since this is when the film was at its loudest) and had to adjust it with the quick controls on the IMS Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: M:I 2  intro and screening this evening went over well, volume/technical issue aside, and the audience (a smaller crowd than this movie deserves!!) loved it + cleaned the projectors and shut the exhausts after the show Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Outgoing/Shipping (content):  Print/video Inspection:  M:I 2 is tails out in booth 1 and can be rewound tomorrow Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Maintenance/cleaning: Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked all cues and updated playlists in theaters 3 and 7 that were scheduled incorrectly + began working on the cue sheets for the week ...

NPP Projection Admin 5/26

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled coming week in LMS. Tech'd Arrival, volume logged, playlist built. Image looks decent-to-good. Just the quality of the blu-ray. Looked at Dark Room Shorts with Cristina, volume and ratios logged. One short is 1.33 so we might have to adjust variable ratio masking, or not, if we think it's unnecessary for one short that would otherwise feature some pillarboxing. Ran loops for Mission tonight. Good to go. Hanging with the Homeboys reel one tech'd, volume logged, nice looking print. Transferred Maddie's Secret to T3 and checked it out. Looks/sounds good. Scheduled a playlist for tomorrow's screening: ten minutes of preshow starting at 10:55, feature at 11:05. Rewound Master print for weekend shows. 35mm marquee updated. *Patron named Zoe reached out asking if we had any posters to spare. We have some for The Drama, which I've set aside in 3/7.
