To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Troop Beverly Hills  private screening went well. Returned the DVD to the hosts after the show and put back all gear used for the intro Got Spoons up and running quickly. Everything went smoothly. Mics are charging up in booth 1. The spotlight board, mic mixer, and HDMI cable are on the table beneath the tablecloth. The table is off to the side of the screen for this weekend. Projection Admin 6/4

To do this evening/ was completed: As per Gil's request, I put up the Knicks/World Cup info on the marquee today, did the 35mm side, too. Added Now Showing at the top, too (not sure why this was down...) - L Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked image, volume and credits for Masters of the Universe and Scary Movie. All good to go - L Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Setup for Spoons this evening - yamaha, wireless mic mixer, aja, spotlight board. Tested everything. Please snag some mic stands. Also, everything was pretty messy when I first went to go setup. Even if it's late and you're sleepy, please try to put a little bit of effort into making sure things are neat. NPP Projection Report 6/3 Admin

To do this evening/ was completed: Staff screenings are out and about on 7shifts, blocked on the calendar and scheduled on the LMS.  Note: we're officially getting The Odyssey on 35mm, so we'll run some platter tests soon.  Disclosure Day DCPs should be available in a couple hours.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlists for Masters of the Universe and scheduled them on the LMS.  Tech'd Stolen Kingdom and adjusted the playlist.  Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Please put on the Knicks game in Trees tonight at 8:30. It's on ABC (channel 507, already up on the cable box). They'd also like to play it with sound. I connected the XLR cables so just switch the projector to Digital Link and turn the amps on and the DJ1&2 volume knob up (and make sure the volume is turned up on the projector). To do this evening/ was completed: Final Beverly Hills DCP ingested to LMS and T6. Did not ingest it in time to look at it so will have to tech tomorrow. Tech'd Strangers on a Train, volume logged. Looked at Fabulous Stains and short with John. All good. E.T. ingested to LMS. Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Trivia for tonight is mostly set up. The AV box needs to be switched on, but the posters are wrapped up on the poster table when they're ready to be brought up.  Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Took a look at Victim .
