To do this evening/ was completed: Possessor keys open up tomorrow! Can get tech'd first thing in the morn.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Finalized the playlist(s) for Hank's Saloon . Tested spots/mics. See more notes in Special Events. Leon's drive is on the table in 4/6, in its box, all ready to get handed back to him. Spots setting for centre spots in T2 is 301. LH Double checked Road Games . LH  Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: DJ is coming in at 7:30 for Hank's Saloon afters. I did a preset with the xlr cables into the dj inputs, the dual rca to xlr is on the table though he will bring his own cabling for this I figured it would be best to have it out anyway, along with a powerstrip and extension cord. It should be a super simpe setup. Showed Jack, who has the dj key to turn everything on. Lauren and Ariel reached out to say they'd take the reins on setting him up, but we'll make sure to check in. To do this evening/ was completed: In the morning I'll be monitoring the snow/metro and bus service.  Inspected all of Incredible Shrinking Man , which is in good condition despite crappy leader on most reels. To do this evening/ was completed: Gil radioed me about no image at the start of the first round in T2. I checked the VNC viewer for the touch panel and the lamp was off, no "unexpected light off" warning so it was never struck (even though there was a lamp on cue in the playlist). Logs confirmed the cue just didn't go through--there was no attempt to strike the lamp. Please check to make sure the lamp shuts off at the end of the night. Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: I was also radioed about trailers in T5 being too quiet for the first round (this was the earliest first run show of the day). I checked the playlist and there was a cue to lower the volume for the book promo (as there should be), but no cue to raise it back for the first run trailers. This was the case for most playlists for this week and next, though some were correct. I updated cues on all of those which needed it.
