To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the  Minions, Law of Desire , and Splendor in the Grass playlists. Ingested Thriller preshow for All the President's Men so that can get built Scheduled Jackass and Supergirl shows for Thursday. For next week, I scheduled through Monday 6/29. Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: DCP tech in T1 went well. Ran loops for Butterfly Effect . Mic and stand set up. Trivia tonight. I put the table out. To do this evening/ was completed: I started taking down the brunch letters but the pole quickly betrayed me. Basically the screw that you use to tighten the suction cup has lost traction and just spins endlessly without tightening, which causes the cup to not hold firm and point downward, making it very difficult to use. For my own sake I hope this isn't remedied instantly by someone else's hands, as I tried for a while to fix it, but yeah, check it out.  I looked at the DCP of For the Good of the Herd between rounds in T1, all good for tomorrow's tech. Didn't schedule a playlist. Shakedown went smoothly, mic and mixer broken down afterward. T2 roof hatch is secure, just FYI. To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: I noticed the curtains in theater 2 were covering the sides of the image during  The Death of Robin Hood  in the first round (the mixture of keystoning and the change to 1.66 from scope seem to be the culprits here) so I opened it up to 1.78 which caused some very minor pillarboxing but spared the picture being obscured Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built a show playlist for Benedetta  and adjusted the show playlist for Basic Instinct (this still needs one of its pre-show songs updated and tech'd; both features need to be tech'd as well and have light cues placed at the start of the credits) Built and scheduled an infants show playlist for The Death of Robin Hood in theater 2 tomorrow morning with the 1.78 masking cue included + built "T2" playlists (with the 1.78 masking adjustment) for all future OCAP and CCAP shows of The Death of Robin Hood  in this room Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Encore staff sho...

To do this evening/ was completed: Sent out an update for tomorrow's  Leviticus staff screening. Moved it to T7 to make way for the private Toy Story 5 show, which is scheduled for T3. Couldn't get content to transfer from LMS to servers so had to restart LMS, all good now. Did not switch out brunch letters this evening as there was too much commotion/foot traffic when I went to go check, so I'll do that tomorrow. Shakedown needs a lights up cue and start credits time on the cue sheets FYI. To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: The website had the 12pm Toy Story 5 listed as OCAP for today, but we had the 11am scheduled as OCAP following Matthew's film schedule. A guest at the 11am show complained about the captions, but Rebecca and I decided not to stop the movie and switch to the CCAP version for one guest. I also swapped the 12pm show in T2 to OCAP for today since that's what was on the website. Toy Story OCAP listings are correct for tomorrow and the rest of the week on the website.
