To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built playlists for Backrooms (CCAP and OCAP versions), an infants playlist for Devil Wears Prada 2 on 5/26, and one for  Bicycle Thieves  which needs to be tech'd for volume and credits timing Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Amreeka intro and screening went well + brought the mic stand back up to 4/6 after the show and placed the mic and cable back beneath the screen Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Finished inspecting Mission: Impossible II this evening Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Maintenance/cleaning: Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes (adjusted for the first round in theater 2 which had been scheduled incorrectly) Marquee updated?: Posters updated?: Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes Projection cart by entrance?: Yes Additional Notes: Updated first run titles on the...

NPP Projection Report 5/21 Admin

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Made a playlist for the I Love Boosters intro and scheduled it for tomorrow. Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Set up a mic in T3 for tonight's intro. It's on a stand. Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Coyote vs. Acme and Tony posters added to the caddy. Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested Backrooms to the LMS. Also re-ingested Ferris Bueller since we're showing it for brunch later in June. Strangers on a Train and Heroes for Sale prints came in. Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Rugrats keys don't open until tomorrow, so I couldn't tech it today. I did add the lights up cue to the feature in both versions of the playlist. Looked at Communion and added the feature to the playlist. FYI--there's an AGFA snipe at the top of the DCP which is louder, so there are two volume cues attached to it in the playlist. NPP Projection Close 5/20

To do this evening/ was completed: Maddie's Secret ingested to LMS. Communion DCP downloaded and ingested too. Inspected the rest of The Master, put it on house reels. Good condition. Spoons and Boosters both went smoothly. Mics back in booth, T1 equipment broken down. The shutdown playlist overrode the pause cue in T2 during the Q&A portion. I caught it immediately and brought lights back down and mics back on. This happened before the director took the stage so the Q&A itself went smoothly. Also small FYI, the mic stands needed for Spoons need to be the ones with the larger microphone holders to fit the wireless mics. Had to get one of those from T3.  **Mixer cabling in T1 might need slight tidying.** Can do Friday. Double-checked cue sheets at end of the night but would recommend one more once-over. Projection Admin 5/20

To do this evening/ was completed: Staff Screenings have been posted on 7shifts, blocked on the calendar and scheduled on the LMS. - L had our cinema meeting - still waiting on a few bits n bobs (dcp of communion) - L Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Added the slide to I Love Boosters playlist for tonight.  Double checked the playlist for Last Emperor. We can check Rugrats out tomorrow since they're no longer working in T4. - L Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Setup for Spoons - yamaha, wireless mic mixer, spots board, aja connection and mics w/stands. NPP Projection Admin 5/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Updated LMS schedule with new showtimes for I Love Boosters.  Tech'd Jason and Shirley and the short that comes before it, volumes updated, lights up cue added. Set up mixer and mics beneath the screen, they're tested. Stolen Kingdom ingested to LMS.  Amreeka keys live tomorrow, same for Boosters. Blue Velvet picked up. No new prints in today, Master should arrive tomorrow. Trivia table out and ready. Built/scheduled a playlist for tomorrow's Boosters show with a Nitehawk slide for the intro, as a placeholder. Can't look at the feature today so we'll have to update this. Presentation Issues: T2 first round lights stayed at CLEANING when preshow started until MOD called. Hit the cue to bring them down. To do this evening/ was completed: NoBudge went smoothly. Recorded the Q&A. Mics back in the booth. Ingested I Want Your Sex to LMS. Started downloading Stolen Kingdom DCP to Share drive, still going at the moment. Scheduled the week in LMS. Most of the I Love Boosters shows Monday through Thursday will be negative flips FYI. Looked at Jason and Shirley at the end of the night. Feature looks and sounds good.
