To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Added shows to the LMS from 12/24-12/28 with the exception of Is This Thing On? and special events SPLs whose content we are still waiting on/need built Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Train Dreams and The Odyssey posters were delivered and stored behind 3/7 Ordering/Receiving (content): Checked the LMS and Deluxe FilmVault this evening but could not find any trace of feature content for Is This Thing On?  despite us receiving a release email from Deluxe two days ago. The pre-show content is ready for this SPL to be built. First shows are not until 12/24 so there is still time to get it ready. Projection Admin 12/19

To do this evening/ was completed: A little last minute we swapped Sentimental Value into T1, made a few other changes. Luckily it finished ingesting in time. Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built weekend playlists and Angels Egg, transferred some preshow content.  Tech'd Arthur Christmas and It's a Wonderful Life Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: School screening went just fine this morning.  Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Brought the george ivan drive up to 4/6 and am copying Hell up in Harlem DCP to the Share drive We should be getting Flying Guillotine by Monday Outgoing/Shipping (content): Reached out to Malia and Michael at Block so we can circuit The Queen print to them.  Print/video Inspection: Started inspecting Lost Highway, which is in good condition.  Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Maintenance/cleaning:  Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): We did some swaps for the weekend...

NPP Projection Close 12/18

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Tech'd the light cues and music with Desmond and the performers prior to the pre-show. The actual performance went just fine save for a few moments where I had to toggle the wash lights and/or spots on and off for dramatic effect. This seemed to cause a malfunction specifically with the wash lights where a red wash got stuck on screen between transitions. I also did not realize no spaces between the performances were built into the show to allow for the host to intro the next performers so I paused/played and skipped ahead manually. Batman Returns  feature content played without any issue and all gear used was put back in storage after the show  Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Disclosure Day teaser posters were delivered and stored behind 3/7 Ordering/Receiving (content): Lost Highway and The Face of Another prints were delivered this aftern...

Projection Admin 12/18

To do this evening/ was completed: The school screening for Avatar 3 has been confirmed for tomorrow morning. This has been scheduled on the LMS.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: I made the playlists for Arthur Christmas and It's a Wonderful Life.  Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Setup the wireless mics (they mentioned needing 1 but I figured 2 might be better) for the Drag show tonight. Speakers are set, yamaha mixer, and I brought the wireless mic receiver into T2 and set the channels to the room. The mics are currently charging. Please remember to turn everything on before the show, including the front panels on the wireless mic mixer! Also, for the spots/washes needed, I wrote down the exact bank and scene combos on the event memo so you don't have to go looking for them on the sheet, though everything you need is there.  And, much to our relief, we got the keys for Batman Returns . NPP Projection Close 12/17

To do this evening/ was completed: Built the rest of the 12/26 A1 playlists (excluding Is This Thing On?). Was not able to schedule 12/26 - 1/1. Cyberslime DCP ingested to LMS. Charlie and the Chocolate Factory went smoothly. Print packaged back up. Somehow the playlist seemingly unpaused itself during McKegg's intro and moved on to the trailer. I caught it immediately but it still caused a minor hiccup. Not sure how that happened. Right before this I did get the warning that the Shutdown playlist was about to start (as it automatically schedules itself five minutes after last playlist), but usually the current paused playlist doesn't move on to shutdown. Idk. T7 equipment broken down after event. Mics beneath screen. Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: The private event in T7 went well. To do this evening/ was completed: Staff Screenings have been posted to 7shifts, blocked on the Google calendar and scheduled on the LMS. - L Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Updated all 12/19 PG playlists with the Hoppers trailer since we are no longer getting the Cat in the Hat. - L Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Brought down the XLRs and mics for theatre 7 and setup for the event tonight. Three mics are ready to go, chairs are off to the side. You'll just need to take the spots remote down with ya. - L Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): The new set of keys for Sentimental Value were only for a few screening rooms, missing t6, which we need, so we have been issued new keys and they should show up by tonight.
