NPP Projection Report 7/22 Admin

To do this evening/ was completed: Staff Screenings have been scheduled, blocked, playlists built and the info is out on 7shifts - L NOTE: I've told McKegg this, but we have two listening devices out in T1 right now, as well as a seat (near MOD office). Screws are on the table in 4/6. - L Had our cinema meeting and we're good on content (still up in the air as to whether or not we're getting a print of Camp Miasma, but it's looking like a 'no' at the moment.) - L Threaded up the platter for the Odyssey and started running the show. McKegg is in now and has been taken through the process for a proper shutdown. - L Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Added the last NoBudge short to the playlists, though it still needs to be teched. Trailer Updates: Ingested the Class of 96 trailer and added it to the appropriate playlists Special Events/ AV set up: Chairs for Josie are all set as is the playlist. NPP Projection Close 7/21

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Heard a strange, high pitched noise, like a dog whistle, in theater 2 during the final round of the digital The Odyssey . I'm not sure if this is coming from one of the speakers or it was just my ears ringing from being in booth 1 all night but it might be worth running a house/content check tomorrow morning to see if it was anything Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built and scheduled a show playlist for  Josie and the Pussycats but this will need a lights up cue added for credits/tech'd for volume. I added a placeholder slide for the pre-film Q&A with all the necessary cues but this can be changed if and when the custom slide is sent by the host Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Kept busy this evening with The Odyssey  print in theater 1. The film continues to look and sound great. Cleaned and covered everything before heading out for the night Spoke with Kevin and Shay before trivia began. McKegg set everything up...

NPP Projection Admin 7/21

To do this evening/ was completed: Ingested: WHAM, Spiderman: Brand New Day, Her Private Hell and I Want Your Sex features to LMS. Built playlists for Spiderman and Hell. LMS scheduled for coming week. Cleaned projector/platter for tonight's shows. Tech'd Christine and NoBudge shorts with Desmond. We forgot to DCP one of the NoBudge shorts, Call Grandma. It's finished and ingested now but we'll need to look at it sometime before next week. Playlist built for NoBudge with volume and aspect cues. Josie and the Pussycats cues don't go live until tomorrow. NPP Projection Admin 7/20

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Ran a loop on projector 1 for The Odyssey  this evening and sharpened the focus in the center/bottom portion of the frame + ran house checks in all auditoriums this morning A photoshoot took place outside by the marquee and in theater 1 this afternoon. Raekwon was present to assist the guests. I brought the auditorium lights down and placed the NH logo on screen. They wrapped quickly and cleared out before the first round Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): I Want Your Sex one sheets were delivered and stored behind 3/7 Ordering/Receiving (content): Continued converting the DarkRoom NonFilms shorts to DCP and saved them to the Shared drive Stir of Echoes  and Once A Cop (for Sundays on Fire) prints were delivered and brought up to their respective theaters this afternoon Transferred Looper  to the LMS Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video...

Projection Close 7/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Two more great Odyssey shows today. Big crowds, as expected! Platter and projector are both clean and ready to go for tomorrow, just be sure to run a loop beforehand. Thanks! Presentation Issues: Did a reset for the captiview in T7 up in the crawl space since it wasn't working, but the patron (Gustavo, one of our regulars) was super understanding about the delay. Working just fine now. Captiview is back charging. Thank you to James for alerting me and helping me out with this whilst we worked around the Odyssey. NPP Projection Report 7/19 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Final world cup match is on in Trees. Odyssey 35mm continues to run smoothly. Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Maintenance/cleaning: Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Marquee updated?: Did a pretty big overhaul of the front side--removed Supergirl , Disclosure Day , Maddie's Secret , and World Cup and rearranged all the remaining titles. Also took care of the rental for tomorrow on the 35mm side. Posters updated?: I started updating posters; took down Jackass and Supergirl and put Oak Street and Tony up. Backrooms and Disclosure Day still need to come down and be replaced with Evil Dead and a coming soon. Cleaning lights on for the night?: Projection cart by entrance?: Additional Notes:
