NPP Projection Close 4/23

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Checked on rounds of  Michael and Mother Mary  and both sound fine at 5.5 Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Kevin Geeks Out in theater 1 this evening. I had to adjust the spotlight during the tech at the host's request since it was still covering too much of the screen. I have given up on trying to hear what he and his guests are saying (the mics are barely audible when used wirelessly from the booth even with the port glass open, unless you're holding your head out of it) and resorted to using the images on screen as a means of triggering the light and volume cues accurately. A real pure cinema experience. I missed one cue since I was asked to help move a section of seats during the Michael pre-show in theater 2 but otherwise everything went smoothly. Projection Admin 4/23

To do this evening/ was completed: We'll tech Nickelodeon tomorrow...did not get a chance to today. L Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist:  Got a head start on Friday work & built all A1 playlists for the week of 5/1! Just need SE shows built.  Tech'd Mother Mary and Michael. Ready to go.  Built the SE playlists for Heavy Healing and Butthole Surfers. - Lillian  Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Printed out the ROS for Kevin Geeks Out tonight (fyi the preshow was in the LMS with Dolls in the title). We went through the preshow today, which I put into a short playlist with a house lights down cue a couple minutes before the end as the last few minutes are just meant for transitioning to the laptop...bit of a weird choice via Kevin's editor but it's all good! To do this evening/ was completed: Jimmy intro and Q&A went smoothly. As did Rush Hour. Print back on shipping reels, mics back in the booth. The Hole feature ingested to LMS. Not sure what the preshow for KGO is. I know he's coming in the morning to tech and trailer list says he'll provide. Don't see anything in Share drive. Projection Admin 4/22

To do this evening/ was completed: Staff screening info is out on 7shifts, scheduled on the LMS and blocked on the Google cal. - Lillian Got new keys for Fantasy Life - uploaded to the LMS. Keys for Nickelodeon will open up tomorrow, then we can adjust the cue sheets. Credits info isn't available via the ingest letter FYI. Will tech Mother Mary and Michael tomorrow. - Lillian  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Adjusted the playlist for Puddysticks - the trailer for FOFIF is very loud and should not exceed 3.8 volume. - Lillian  Looked at the custom 5mi preshow for Michael, Mother Mary, and Devil Wears Prada 2. To do this evening/ was completed: Cue sheets built for coming week. A few SE gaps. - Richie Rich , Mulholland , Puddysticks , and The Rookie all have complete timing -AL Tech'd all Mulholland drag show pieces and noted volumes in the ROS document. All are good to go. Feature keys open tomorrow. Tech'd Take Shelter, Richie Rich and Rush Hour. Volumes logged. Ran loops for tonight and updated Take Shelter playlist with some necessary cues. Double-check it.
