NPP Projection Report 6/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Spoons went well. I broke down all the equipment and put it away after. Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Multiple attempts to download the 4K Chocolate Babies DCP from Dropbox via the browser failed so I just started a free trial so I could sync the video file with the Dropbox folder on the desktop. This is really the only reliable way to download large files from Dropbox, it seems. Everything else looks like it downloaded completely the first time, so once the video file is done syncing, copy it into the Share folder and we should be able to ingest this. NPP Projection Admin 6/5

To do this evening/ was completed: Fairly low-key day, we're in good shape for the week ahead.  New first run letters up on the marquee. Tech'd Heroes for Sale, volume logged. Inspected the first two reels of Butterfly Effect, excellent condition. Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Continued building out the rest of this week's playlists, though we are still waiting on the 6/12 trailer list. NPP Projection Close 6/4

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Troop Beverly Hills  private screening went well. Returned the DVD to the hosts after the show and put back all gear used for the intro Got Spoons up and running quickly. Everything went smoothly. Mics are charging up in booth 1. The spotlight board, mic mixer, and HDMI cable are on the table beneath the tablecloth. The table is off to the side of the screen for this weekend. Projection Admin 6/4

To do this evening/ was completed: As per Gil's request, I put up the Knicks/World Cup info on the marquee today, did the 35mm side, too. Added Now Showing at the top, too (not sure why this was down...) - L Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked image, volume and credits for Masters of the Universe and Scary Movie. All good to go - L Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Setup for Spoons this evening - yamaha, wireless mic mixer, aja, spotlight board. Tested everything. Please snag some mic stands. Also, everything was pretty messy when I first went to go setup. Even if it's late and you're sleepy, please try to put a little bit of effort into making sure things are neat. NPP Projection Report 6/3 Admin

To do this evening/ was completed: Staff screenings are out and about on 7shifts, blocked on the calendar and scheduled on the LMS.  Note: we're officially getting The Odyssey on 35mm, so we'll run some platter tests soon.  Disclosure Day DCPs should be available in a couple hours.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlists for Masters of the Universe and scheduled them on the LMS.  Tech'd Stolen Kingdom and adjusted the playlist.  Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Please put on the Knicks game in Trees tonight at 8:30. It's on ABC (channel 507, already up on the cable box). They'd also like to play it with sound. I connected the XLR cables so just switch the projector to Digital Link and turn the amps on and the DJ1&2 volume knob up (and make sure the volume is turned up on the projector). We are all set for Fabulous Stains tonight.  I set the Variable Ratio Masking preset to 1.50 in T3 for Obsession . Ordering/Receivin...
