NPP Projection Close 5/14

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built show playlists for The Master  (evening and weekend brunch pre-shows) and Mission: Impossible II  special events + built and scheduled an infants playlist for The Sheep Detectives on 5/19 Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Alec was on site to set up and oversee the run of show for Prince Achmed in theater 1 with the Morricone Youth Orchestra. Sound check and the screening went smoothly. All gear was broken down between rounds and placed storage/brought up to the booth Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Finding Family and additional Minions & Monsters one sheets were delivered and stored behind 3/7 Ordering/Receiving (content): Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Finished inspecting Dragon Fight in booth 1 (added grease cues to reels 1-4) *put all but reel 1 back on their shipping reels tails out; forgot this screening is next month* Asset tracking doc u...

Projection Admin 5/14 Lil

To do this evening/ was completed: Alec setup for Morricone Youth tonight and will be back later this evening to assist with the show.  One of the school screenings tomorrow switched their film to Sheep Detectives. I've updated the LMS schedule.  Tech'd Obsession today, which sounds better at 5.5.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Kat sent trailer lists through the first week of June as she'll be gone. Built all new A1 playlists for 5/22 and finished up a few things for this week. We are still waiting on Amreeka (which should come in either tonight or tomorrow) and the DCP for Jason and Shirley is still uploading to the e-delivery site, so we can't download it just yet. Additionally, I asked for a bit of clarification as it looks like they sent this first DCP as a backup and will send the official version soon... Continued on with Dark Room Shorts: Someone to Steal..., I Beg Your Pardon and Stairs DCP'd and added to Share drive. Reviewed IMS replacement notes in projection manual. To do this evening/ was completed: Staff Screenings out on 7shifts, scheduled on the LMS and blocked on the calendar. NPP Projection Report 5/12 Admin (Alec)/Mid (McKegg)

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: I reached out to John about a Film Feast slide for tomorrow. He'll get us one, but for now, the NH logo slide is in the playlist. There is in fact a 4.8 volume cue so I added that to the appropriate shorts in the NoBudge playlist. For the 1.90 short (there's only one), we'll just play it with the 1.85 lens channel and 1.85 masking. Looks fine that way. The Mario school screening was scheduled in T1 for today; this isn't until Friday. I moved it. Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Ran loops for Ladies of Leisure tonight. Checked over the playlist, too, it's all set. McKegg and I set up the turntables for the DJ set before tonight's Precode Parade screening. I also put the table out for Trivia.
