NPP Projection Close 7/13

To do this evening/ was completed: Ingested FLAT Odyssey feature to LMS. Scheduled coming week in LMS excluding Josie and the Pussycats.  State Your Name went smoothly. One of the T1 mics was not turning on, and when I would connect it to the charging dock the charging lights would not come on, but they would come on for other microphones. I ended up connecting one of the T2 mics for the Q&A. Equipment broken down afterward and hard drive returned to the director. Started converting DarkRoom shorts: 7 Piano Sketches converting right now. Third box of the Odyssey print arrived. Put it with the others in T1. Projection Admin 7/13

To do this evening/ was completed: We received the first two reels of the Odyssey , which I put in T1. The last reel should be coming any minute now, really, so keep an eye out for it. When it arrives, please put it safely up against the wall like the other two. Thanks! - L Note: Keys for The Odyssey will come through on the 15th and open up on the 16th.  Presentation Issues: No issues. NPP Projection Close 7/12

To do this evening/ was completed: Built playlist for She's the Man. Waiting on content for the other SEs. Ingested State Your Name to LMS and T1. Put it on screen in T1, looks and sounds good. 4.0-4.2 sounds good for volume, double-check tomorrow if you like. No credits, just fades out right at the end. Reached out to John about the preshow for State Your Name. We don't have a specific Graffiti preshow, only Generic NYC and Brooklyn. He said he'd reach out to Kat. I'm sure we'll have an update tomorrow. For now I built a playlist for the show with Generic NYC preshow content. Saw the emails about transferring Fountain print to Roxy. Are we going to schedule shipping or just do a pick-up like we have previously with Illyse? New brunch and 35mm letters up. NPP Projection Report 7/11 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: The AC is off in the Theater 1 booth until Palco comes to fix it on Monday. I put one of the big blue air movers in there with the port window closest to the rack open. It's not too bad in there but keep an eye on it. Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: The Fountain went very well. Rewound the print for tomorrow and cleaned the projectors. Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): The State Your Name DCP will finish at some point tomorrow. It should finish when someone is here (i.e. not overnight) so please keep an eye on it and ingest it once it's done if possible. Outgoing/Shipping (content): We still have a reel of Save the Last Dance on a house reel in 4/6, so this will need to be shipped back separately since the rest went out yesterday.
