To do this evening/ was completed: Staff Screening info was sent out via 7shifts as per new rules, though I did send a follow up email so that folks are aware of this change.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Adjusted the Knives Out playlists with the correct preshow. Built and scheduled staff screening playlists.  Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: FOFIF show is all set for tonight. The Wifi in the booth tends to be extremely spotty up there, so I'd recommend using the laptop for preshow music. I tried both the PC and laptop today and both are fine. Leave the volume around 3.7. The Spotify playlist is pulled up on the laptop already (in the app). For spots, you can use either 301, 502, or both. The 301 setting has the double spots a little closer (good for an intro, I reckon) whereas the 502 have them a little further apart (good for q&a).  Note: I setup a mic in Trees for the announcements after the show. To do this evening/ was completed: A busy night made easier by having Alec take care of the private event in Theater 7. There was a holding slide swap, we got a new one yesterday. The old one was in the playlist. I put the slide up before doors and Chenelle radioed me that it was the wrong slide. McKegg quickly converted the new one and I updated the playlist. Totally smooth sailing otherwise. Nightmare on Elm Street 4 flew by. We had a lovely little pre-screening Q+A with a smooth transition into the feature. All changeovers, framing, and focus were on point.  Trivia setup was also a breeze. To do this evening/ was completed: Birdcage screening went smoothly. Set up mics and Spotify sound for T7 event tonight. Wanted to look at the feature DCP but the keys don't go live until 5pm. We had another set of keys that were active yesterday but guess the tech was overlooked, so check it out in between rounds this evening. Wake Up Dead Man playlists built with Generic preshow as placeholder--emailed Kat. LMS scheduled for the coming week. Ingested the V2 DCP of Bloom and put it on screen. Looks and sounds good. Made a playlist for tomorrow's FOFIF. Also looked at the FOFIF preshow, looks fine.  We should be receiving a few DCPs from Deluxe in the next day or two for a private screening on 12/7, The Alabama Solution, heads up. To do this evening/ was completed: Built a playlist for Predators and transferred the feature to T7, will look at this tomorrow. NoBudge went smoothly, mics back in T1. Had to reconfigure T3 Blu-Ray Flat channel for tomorrow's Birdcage screening: the projector HDMI cable was not connected to the rack PC, the display settings weren't set to mirrored and the Color Space setting in the Channel Setup was set to "full range" instead of Color RBG, which caused a weird kind of thermal look. Fixed all of that and tested the film on screen, looks and sounds good. Five Nights Freddy ingested to LMS. To do this evening/ was completed: Happy December, everyone!  For tomorrow morning - John and co would like to stream  The Birdcage (1996) tomorrow morning for a future film feast. We weren't looped into this until the afternoon today, but it should be a problem at all. It is available on Prime Video, which I am logged into in T3. I currently have the film downloading on the off chance our connection is spotty tomorrow morning. The slides are labeled with the number attached to the png files that Desmond sent over. So Slide1.png is FOFIFSLIDE1 as a DCP. Double-checked the NoBudge playlist. Marquee rental letters still up--rain most of the evening.
