To do this evening/ was completed: 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked the show playlist for Gunsmith Cats, scheduled it on Screenwriter, and updated the cue sheets (will need to take a look at this tomorrow for exact "start credits" timing but end has been noted for now)

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Caught Stealing one sheets were delivered and stored behind 3/7 this afternoon

Ordering/Receiving (content): The Running Man print was delivered and brought to booth 1

Transferred Heaven and Earth Magic feature content to the LMS

Began converting Sonder to DCP and saved it to the George Ivan drive

The Jetsons finished converting to DCP and can be ingested and tested alongside the file for Sonder tomorrow morning

Together feature content was delivered via Deluxe but is not yet available on the FilmVault menu...will update/ingest the content if it becomes available this evening

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Scheduled a return pickup/printed return labels for Tango & Cash (tracking ID: 882985726093) and brought the print downstairs by the side entrance

Print/video Inspection: Tech'd The Fantastic Four after its keys opened (there is a 2.5 minute trailer for Avatar 3 attached to the beginning of the film) and the picture quality is good/volume is fine at 5.0

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked all cues/schedules for tomorrow and Thursday and initialed for confirmation (MODs requested we refrain from leaving spaces between rounds on cue sheets moving forward so I have made these adjustments for tomorrow's times)

Projection cart by entrance?: Yes

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there!
