Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: I think the upload of the Mar2025 ABC preshow (for the Punks playlist) to the Share folder got interrupted, because Screenwriter is saying it's corrupted. I just downloaded it from Google Drive and added it to the playlist.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Ran loops for Tango & Ca$h tonight.

Ingested the content and holding slide for the private event in T1 tonight, built and scheduled the playlist, and checked through it in the theater. I decided it made the most sense to run the whole playlist in 1.78 so I used that show start pack. 5.0 is plenty loud for the feature. Slide in place for intro and Q&A.

Checked playlist for NoBudge. All good, noticed some minor aspect ratio things which I fixed (Fever was letterboxed in 1.78, I made a new projector channel so it fits in the 1.85 masking, and Melonheads is 1.33, the masking preset had been changed for Phoenician Scheme and I put it back). Cues updated in the playlist. Just noting I did not change anything for Almost Fantasy, which starts in 1.33 but opens to 1.78.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Checked in with the cinema team about content for next week. Desmond will be getting us a file for Jetsons, Running Man should be on the way, John is getting the DCP for LSC from Anthology, and Harry Guerro is sending Best of the Best--Cristina will check in if we don't get tracking by Wednesday.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: To Live and Die and L.A. on house reels.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Eugene got the new lights in T1, along the low ceiling above the back row, working with the dimmer. These are on the same channel as the ADA entrance hallway and the vestibule by the main entrance. These will be on for the cleaning and preshow/credits settings.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Fixed the Fantastic Four formula and added those shows to Thursday's sheet. Scheduled them, too.

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there!
