Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): I put up the Alita Battle Angel poster in the lobby entrance where the second Glass poster used to be. The poster for Isn't It Romantic is supposed to arrive tomorrow AM. Please hang out front when it arrives and add "Isn't it Romantic" to the marquee.

Ordering/Receiving (content): We received the Alita Battle Angel and Willy Wonka DCPs. I'm ingesting Alita now. Please ingest Wonka as soon as possible. We also have updated KDMs for most of our titles that just arrived and need to be ingested before Friday.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Please walk more DCPs to the UPS store if you get a chance. I couldn't today because of the weather...

Print/video Inspection: none

Distro Doc updated/checked?: none

Maintenance/cleaning: My key is starting to bend from the stiff lock on the door to booth 4/6.

Cue sheets updated (only if needed): Kevin mentioned that the drop time for TSNGO is right before credits roll (before the 30 min bts content). He suggested moving this back 5 or 10 minutes to cut down on the issues we've been having with customers walking out on checks. Thoughts?

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built a show playlist for Interstellar (all this needs is a volume cue which can be added once the film is tech'd) Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Taking Off screening in theater 1 went really well Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Jawbreaker keys were downloaded and ingested Downloaded and ingested the "Antonias Line" trailer for the Boxcar Bertha pre-show Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Re-inspected Taking Off after the screening and placed all reels back on their shipping reels/in their canisters (also reached out the necessary parties at DHL and NBC/Universal to schedule a pickup) Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Updated information for a few titles this upcoming week Maintenance/cleaning: Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Marquee updated?: Removed Taking Off and added letters for  Boxcar Bertha  to the 3
