Projection Report 3/8 (evening)

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Apollo 11 is currently showing with Lego Movie 2 preshow... I know we don't have the "outer space" preshow yet but is there a reason we're not just using all ages generic preshow?

Print/video Inspection: QC'd Buffy in T1, looks great. I updated the playlist so the feature plays at 4.0 (4.5 was a little loud) and added a lighting cue for the credits.

*Checked the Black Panther blu-ray for the field trip event on 3/27. Plays fine. Depending on which theater it's in start with the volume at 7.0 and raise/lower if necessary. It will probably be necessary to close the dowser and mute the Dolby processor at the end of the credits, since it will probably cut back to the main menu when it's done (I'm assuming this will be an entirely manual show).

Projection Admin 7/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
