Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: built SE playlist for The Breakfast Club, scheduled it for Saturday and Sunday

** made updated playlists for all of our first run shows for the following week (all marked 'Updated_062119'). These include the new trailer packs (see below) and the 'July Card' before lights down. I also made a few volume level adjustments based on hearing how loud some of our content is now after the Dolby calibration.

*** scheduled playlists for Friday, Monday and Tuesday re: what was listed on the cue sheets

Trailer Updates: built an adult trailer pack for this coming week ('062119'). All trailers should be good for the week (brunch trailers are built in to the Breakfast Club playlist). NOTE: both the adult and all ages trailer packs (and BFast Club) are missing the Outdoors trailer, which is not up on Dropbox yet. (re: our e-mails, I swapped out Yesterday for Midsommar on the adult trailers)

Special Events/ AV set up: THE LITTLE FUGITIVE with live score. This ran about as well as it could have (including surprise intro from the daughter of the directors!). Sound was great in the theater. A special night. Mixer is pack in its case and stored under the screen. Mic stand and mic have been returned to booth 4/6 along with a couple XLR cables. Thank you Michael and Dylan S for doing the heavy lifting on sound checking the band and setting up gear for this show. (Feature has been deleted from projector 1)

Print/video Inspection: The Breakfast Club's ingest sheet did not come with its end credits offset listed. When the KDM opens, we'll have to grab the cue timing ourselves and add it to the playlist. (i.e. the playlist does not have a lights up cue built in yet)

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Checked / updated end times for Friday, Monday and Tuesday

Marquee updated?: took down Little Fugitive from the north side, replaced it with 'Spoons Toons and Booze After Dark 6/26'

Posters updated?: added a 'Now Playing' snipe to Toy Story 4

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
