Projection Report 7/2 Open

Presentation Issues: The first showing of Toy Story 4 in Theater 2 failed to start on time. The scheduler was correct, the IMS was set to "Schedule," and the playlist loaded correctly. For whatever reason, the playlist never got the cue to play. I started it manually, but this is definitely something to keep an eye on, especially if it keeps happening in Theater 2. Please make a note of anything like this happening in your blogs.

Preshow Clips/Playlist: No updates until 7/5

Trailer Updates: No updates. Dylan P removed Midsommar and Spider-Man trailers yesterday.

Special Events/ AV set up: Trivia in Hi-Res tonight!

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): We received another poster for Ad Astra. Are we booking this?

Ordering/Receiving (content): Received our Midsommar DCP from Deluxe...

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Didn't get a chance to bring anything to UPS, but there are a couple things on the outgoing shelf that I'll bring over tomorrow.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. I updated credit times for the rest of the week and added longer preshows where necessary.

Marquee updated?: Midsommar can come down from the north side. Please replace with Fantastic Planet.
