Projection Report 8/19 Admin/Open


Presentation Issues: None so far.

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Finished the playlist for the National private event tomorrow and scheduled it.

-Built and scheduled the Ready or Not playlist. I set the volume to 5.5 and used the credit offset that came with the drive, but these will have to be confirmed once we have keys for this feature.

Trailer Updates: Made a new adult trailer pack (labelled 082119) for when Ready or Not opens. The trailer for that feature is replaced with The Goldfinch in this new pack. I also made an updated Hollywood playlist with this trailer pack, which is also labelled 082119, and scheduled it for Wednesday and Thursday.

Special Events/ AV set up: None. The Burning for Reasonable Midnite in T2 at 9:30 tonight, which should be very straightforward.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordered posters for Angel Has Fallen. Ready or Not and The Goldfinch posters should be arriving soon, too.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Placed an order through EclairPlay for Brittany Runs a Marathon. Angel Has Fallen is also on its way and should be delivered on Wednesday.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Walked two drives to the UPS drop.

-The Woodstock print is in booth 1 with its return labels ready to be sent back. Dylan will schedule the pick up for a convenient time during his admin hours.

Print/video Inspection: Checked The Burning playlist in Theater 2 for volume levels and credit offset.

-I also quickly checked through the National Live playlist, it's good to go for tomorrow night.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Updated for Brittany Runs a Marathon and Angel Has Fallen

Maintenance/cleaning: The bottom roller which guides the film from the projector back to the platters had come a bit loose, which was why the film would slip out when it wasn't at the right angle while threading. It's easy to re-tighten, there's a screw on the side of the roller facing the floor. It should be fine for a few days though.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Added credit start time for The Burning tonight.

-Updated Tuesday's sheet for the showtime and theater changes

-Checked schedule and cue sheets for Tuesday - Thursday

Marquee updated?: The Burning should come down tonight and be replaced with Blow-Up which screens 8/28.

Posters updated?: Up to date

Cleaning lights on for the night?: N/a

Projectors off for the night?: N/a

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
