Presentation Issues: None

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built SE_DirtyDancing for this weekend and updated all of the playlists with the latest September trailer.

Trailer Updates: All trailer packs are updated for the week, However, the It: Chapter Two trailer needs to be switched for Ad Astra between Wednesday and Thursday.

Special Events/ AV set up: No events tonight. White board in 4/6 is updated with upcoming events/first-run. September looks like a busy month!

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): We received new posters for Once Upon a Time In Hollywood (not sure why) and 20 posters for Midsommar (even less sure why). Both are still in 3/7. I reached out to John Woods re: the Midsommar posters since they were addressed to him, but he's not sure why we go them either.

Ordering/Receiving (content): We received DCPs for Dirty Dancing and It: Chapter Two. I ingested Dirty Dancing earlier and It is ingesting right now.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): None

Print/video Inspection: None. Please QC Brittany and Dirty Dancing tonight! Both are scheduled for staff screenings tomorrow at 1pm in TH2 and TH1 respectively.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes

Maintenance/cleaning: None

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. Cue sheets are good for next week.

Marquee updated?: No updates until after Dirty Dancing

Posters updated?: No updates yet. Please switch Brittany to "Now Playing" tonight or tomorrow before opening.

Cleaning lights on for the night?: N/a

Projectors off for the night?: n/a

Projection cart by TH5?: Back in 3/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built a show playlist for Interstellar (all this needs is a volume cue which can be added once the film is tech'd) Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Taking Off screening in theater 1 went really well Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Jawbreaker keys were downloaded and ingested Downloaded and ingested the "Antonias Line" trailer for the Boxcar Bertha pre-show Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Re-inspected Taking Off after the screening and placed all reels back on their shipping reels/in their canisters (also reached out the necessary parties at DHL and NBC/Universal to schedule a pickup) Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Updated information for a few titles this upcoming week Maintenance/cleaning: Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Marquee updated?: Removed Taking Off and added letters for  Boxcar Bertha  to the 3
