Projection Report 10/29 Close
Presentation Issues: None
Preshow Clips/Playlist: I built the '110119' adult playlists (Annie is our only all ages show in this scheduling block). Karen and I discussed what to do with our new naming conventions, and agreed that each week we will start back at A1 — which is what these playlists are currently labeled as. Waiting on new cue sheets (from MOD?) for scheduling.
Trailer Updates: built the '110119' and '110619' adult trailer packs (note: Frozen 2 is included in the 110619 pack, as currently listed on the trailer doc)
Special Events/ AV set up: An Evening With Victoria Price. This went really well. Michael stayed to help set up director's chairs/hand out mics/operate our ceiling-mounted spot lights (which are an excellent addition to theater 3). Thanks Michael, it was a huge help. Intro by Caryn, followed by the art-related shorts, and then an extended q&a with Victoria. This was recorded, and uploaded to EVO later in the night. The stage was struck and House of Usher ran without a problem. A great event, no issues to report. Mixer/mics/cables have been returned to booth 4/6, camera is packed up in 3/7.
Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): We received posters for Jumanji, Wonderful Day In The Neighborhood, and Uncut Gems. They have been sorted and put away.
Ordering/Receiving (content): grabbed the Albert Brooks TIP stinger from EVO. Ingested that along with the Blue Velvet trailer, STFU update, Nightmare trailer, and Marriage Story preshow files to TMS.
** received and ingested keys for Annie

Print/video Inspection:
Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Checked
Maintenance/cleaning: Had a little more 35mm platter practice in theater 1
Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Checked tomorrow's cues and scheduler — did not spot any problems
Marquee updated?: Took down An Evening With Victoria Price. Michael and I discussed whether or not to put up Halloween, since the show is already sold out. We decided to go with next week's Blue Velvet show instead. (note: there's a spot on the bottom row were the track is a little wonky, which is why the 'Tuesday' portion of the message is offset a bit)
